Makalipas ang mahigit dalawang buwan, muli nating itinaas ang watawat ng Pilipinas sa isinagawang Flag Ceremony sa Fatima National High School bilang hudyat ng muling pagbubukas ng face-to-face classes.
Kasama ang mga mag-aaral, g**o, at kawani ng paaralan, buong pagmamalaking nakiisa ang komunidad ng Fatima NHS sa makabuluhang seremonyang ito, alinsunod sa Executive Order No. 48, Series of 2026, na nagpapahintulot sa pagpapatuloy ng face-to-face classes sa General Santos City.
Higit pa sa pagbabalik sa silid-aralan, ang pagtitipong ito ay sumisimbolo ng katatagan, pagkakaisa, at panibagong pag-asa ng bawat Fatimanian sa pagpapatuloy ng edukasyon sa isang ligtas at handang kapaligiran.

Alinsunod sa direktiba ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon upang matiyak ang kaligtasan at seguridad ng mga mag-aaral, nagsagawa ng random inspection ang mga security personnel ng paaralan sa pakikipagtulungan ng Philippine National Police (PNP), Military Police Unit (MPU), at BLGU Fatima.
Ang inisyatibong ito ay bahagi ng patuloy na pagpapatupad ng mga hakbang upang mapanatili ang isang ligtas, maayos, at handang kapaligiran para sa lahat sa pagbabalik ng face-to-face classes.

We are excited to welcome everyone back as face-to-face classes officially resume tomorrow, August 13, 2026!
This follows the Executive Order issued by the City Government of General Santos, which announces the resumption of in-person classes in all public schools, subject to structural integrity clearances, occupancy limitations, and prescribed safety protocols.
As guided by DepEd, the first two days of classes will focus on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Services (MHPSS) and disaster preparedness and safety orientation to help learners and school personnel transition back safely and confidently.
Let us return to campus with enthusiasm, resilience, and a commitment to learning while remaining vigilant and prepared for any emergency.

In accordance with the advisory issued by the General Santos City Government and the Department of Education - Schools Division Office of General Santos City, face-to-face classes in all public elementary and secondary schools shall resume and continue this week.
As we welcome our learners back to school, Fatima National High School remains committed to ensuring a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment for all. The school will continue to strictly implement its Safety and Security Protocols, including regular emergency preparedness activities, established communication systems, and coordinated response mechanisms with relevant agencies.
Parents, guardians, learners, and stakeholders are encouraged to remain vigilant, stay informed through official school announcements, and actively cooperate with school safety measures.

ADVISORY | RETURN OF FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES
Based on the joint press conference conducted by the General Santos City Government and DepEd General Santos City this afternoon, August 11, 2026, face-to-face classes in all public elementary and secondary schools may continue for any day this week.
All schools are required to strictly implement their School Safety Primer and existing safety and security protocols. This includes the use of classrooms on the ground floor and second floor for daily emergency drills, a clear process for the reunion of students and their families, a well-functioning communication system, and close coordination with local agencies for safety and emergency response.
School heads are also encouraged to determine the most appropriate learning modalityโfull face-to-face, limited face-to-face, modular, online, or blended learningโbased on the school's preparedness and needs, as well as the current situation.
Everyone is advised to remain vigilant, calm, and always prioritize safety while we continue to rise and gradually return to normal operations in schools. Let us continue to care for and support one another.

Batay sa isinagawang joint press conference ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng General Santos at DepEd General Santos City ngayong hapon, Agosto 11, 2026, maaaring ipagpatuloy anumang araw ngayong linggo ang face-to-face classes sa lahat ng pampublikong paaralang elementarya at sekondarya.
Inaatasan ang lahat ng paaralan na mahigpit na ipatupad ang kanilang School Safety Primer at mga umiiral na protocol sa kaligtasan at seguridad. Kabilang dito ang paggamit lamang ng mga silid-aralan sa ground floor at second floor, araw-araw na maiikling emergency drill, malinaw na proseso ng muling pagsasama ng mga mag-aaral at kanilang pamilya, maayos na sistema ng komunikasyon, at malapit na pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga lokal na ahensiya para sa kaligtasan at pagtugon sa emerhensiya.

Kasunod ng Magnitude 7.8 na lindol, inilalahad ng DepEd General Santos City ang School Safety Primerโisang praktikal na gabay para sa ligtas at maayos na pagpapatuloy ng operasyon ng mga paaralan. Layunin nitong maipagpatuloy ang edukasyon habang pinaiigting ang mga hakbang para sa kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral, kawani, at pamilya.
Binibigyang-diin ng primer ang paggamit lamang ng mga silid-aralan sa ground floor at ikalawang palapag, pagsasagawa ng araw-araw na maiikling emergency drill, malinaw na proseso ng muling pagsasama ng mga mag-aaral at kanilang pamilya, maayos na sistema ng komunikasyon, at pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga lokal na ahensiyang pangkaligtasan at pang-emergency.
Manatiling kalmado, sundin ang mga opisyal na signal at abiso, at makiisa upang matiyak na ligtas at accounted for ang bawat mag-aaral. Ang kaligtasan ay pananagutan nating lahat. ๐๐
