Instead, they envision the complete, intricate design of the T'nalak cloth in their minds before dyeing a single abaca fiber or setting up the loom. This sacred practice holds a powerful truth for everyone present at this leadership summit: true leadership begins from within. Before we can guide a team, build an organization, or transform a community, we must first cultivate a clear, unwavering vision of the future we want to create. Like the weavers, effective leaders must see the finished artwork when others only see separate, disconnected threads.
