In compliance with the directive of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) regarding the re-deployment of Structural Assessment Teams for post-earthquake structural re-assessment, NASA Elementary School informs all parents, learners, teachers, and stakeholders that the 𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙚-𝙩𝙤-𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 on 𝙅𝙪𝙣𝙚 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 are hereby 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙡 𝙛𝙪𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚. This measure is being undertaken to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone while the structural integrity of school facilities is being thoroughly evaluated following the recent earthquake.

Meanwhile, 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, shall be 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙨𝙮𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙡𝙮. Learners are advised to coordinate with their respective advisers for learning tasks and instructions. We respectfully ask everyone to await the official advisory from the CDRRMO regarding the clearance and safe use of the school premises. Ang bawat silid-aralan ng mga Class Adviser ng NASA Elementary School ay napuno ng pag-asa at determinasyon habang ang mga magulang ay nagtitipon upang pag-usapan ang kapakanan ng kanilang mga anak. Sa pangunguna ng ating butihing Principal na si Ma'am Jessica T. Verallo, naging malalim at makabuluhan ang palitan ng mga plano at ideya. Aktibo ring nakiisa at nagbahagi ng kanilang kaalaman sina Sir Arnold S. Campos, ang School Guidance Advocate, at Ma'am Arvie Joy B. Osman, Master Teacher I at Assistant to the Principal, upang tiyaking handa ang emosyonal at sikolohikal na aspeto ng komunidad sa pagbabalik-eskwela.

Bagamat nag-aalok ang NASA Elementary School ng iba't ibang 𝑨𝒍𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑴𝒐𝒅𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒅 𝒏𝒈 𝑴𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒓 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒕 𝑩𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒅 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 na pinili naman ng iilang pamilya, ang 𝒉𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒕 𝒏𝒂 𝒏𝒂𝒌𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒖𝒍𝒂 𝑲𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒏 𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑮𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝟔 𝒂𝒚 𝒃𝒖𝒐𝒏𝒈-𝒑𝒖𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒌𝒂𝒊𝒔𝒂 𝒏𝒂 𝒑𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒊𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑭𝒂𝒄𝒆-𝒕𝒐-𝑭𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 para sa kanilang mga anak. Ang desisyong ito ay nag-ugat sa kanilang malaking tiwala sa paaralan, dala na rin ng nakikitang kaayusan, kalinisan, at ligtas na kapaligiran na tiniyak ng pamunuan. Para sa mga magulang, walang hihigit pa sa aktwal na gabay ng mga g**o sa loob ng isang silid-aralan na malayo sa pangamba at puno ng suporta.

Dahil sa matagumpay na oryentasyong ito, umuwi ang mga magulang na may kapanatagan sa isip at kahandaan sa puso. Nakita at napatunayan ng lahat na ang edukasyon ay hindi lamang responsibilidad ng paaralan, kundi isang pagtutulungan ng bawat tahanan at ng pamunuan. Inaanyayahan po namin ang lahat ng mga magulang at tagapag-alaga na dumalo sa 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀’ 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 (𝗠𝗛𝗣𝗦𝗦) 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗦𝗔 𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟 na gaganapin sa 𝐻𝑢𝑛𝑦𝑜 19, 2026 (𝐵𝑖𝑦𝑒𝑟𝑛𝑒𝑠), 𝑎𝑙𝑎𝑠-8:00 𝑛𝑔 𝑢𝑚𝑎𝑔𝑎 sa kani-kanilang Class Adviser Classroom. Layunin ng gawaing ito na palakasin ang kaalaman ng mga magulang tungkol sa kalusugang pangkaisipan at psychosocial support upang higit na masuportahan ang kabuuang kapakanan, pagkatuto, at pag-unlad ng ating mga mag-aaral.

Mahalaga ang inyong aktibong pakikilahok sa programang ito sapagkat naniniwala ang paaralan na ang matibay na ugnayan ng tahanan at paaralan ay susi sa paghubog ng mas ligtas, masaya, at mas matatag na kapaligiran para sa ating mga anak. Sa pamamagitan ng orientation na ito, magkakaroon tayo ng pagkakataong magbahaginan ng kaalaman, karanasan, at mga estratehiyang makatutulong sa pag-aalaga sa mental at emosyonal na kalagayan ng bawat mag-aaral.

• Mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang pagsama ng mga bata sa sesyon upang matiyak ang maayos at produktibong talakayan.
• Ang mga magulang at tagapag-alagang may pribadong sasakyan ay hinihikayat na magparada lamang sa itinakdang parking area sa harap ng paaralan malapit sa gymnasium.
• Mangyaring sundin ang mga nakatalagang daanan para sa pagpasok at paglabas upang mapanatili ang kaayusan, kaligtasan, at kaginhawahan ng lahat.
• Ang pagdalo ay lubos na hinihikayat dahil ang gawaing ito ay naglalayong higit pang pagtibayin ang pakikipagtulungan ng paaralan at mga magulang sa pagsuporta sa kalusugang pangkaisipan, emosyonal na katatagan, at pangkalahatang kapakanan ng mga mag-aaral.
• Mangyaring dumating nang mas maaga upang makapagparehistro at makapaghanda bago magsimula ang programa.

Noong Hunyo 18, 2026 sa Grade 6 – Cadil Classroom, NASA Elementary School, matagumpay na isinagawa ang School-Based Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Services (MHPSS) at ang pagtatatag ng Bantay Buhay Task Force. Binuksan ang programa ni Gng. Arvie Joy B. Osman, Assistant Principal Designate, sa pamamagitan ng kanyang pambungad na pananalita. Sinundan ito ng pagtalakay ni G. Adrian G. Dinasas, AO II at SDRRM Coordinator, tungkol sa mga mahahalagang Safety Protocols upang mapanatili ang kaligtasan ng buong komunidad ng paaralan.

Nagbigay naman ng Mensahe ng Suporta si Dr. Jessica T. Verallo, Principal IV. Tinalakay ni G. Arnold S. Campos, Teacher III at School Guidance Designate, ang Psychosocial Support for Teachers at kalaunan ay nagbigay rin ng sesyon tungkol sa MHPSS for Learners upang higit na mapalakas ang kakayahan ng mga g**o at mag-aaral na harapin ang mga emosyonal at sikolohikal na hamon dulot ng sakuna.

Naging makabuluhan rin ang Debriefing Session na pinangunahan ng School Guidance Designate at District Nurse. Ibinahagi naman ni G. Ervien A. Mendoza, RN, District Nurse, ang mahahalagang kaalaman tungkol sa Psychological First Aid (PFA). Tinalakay rin ni G. Junaiden T. Cadil, Teacher III, ang paksang “Supporting Our Families: Moving Forward Together” na nagbigay-diin sa mahalagang papel ng pamilya sa pagbangon mula sa krisis. Bilang pagtatapos, muling nagbigay ng mga Ways Forward si Dr. Jessica T. Verallo at pinangunahan ni Gng. Daisy Jean Pepito, Teacher III at Grade 5 Chairperson, ang panalangin. Sa kabuuan, naging matagumpay ang programa sa pagsusulong ng kalusugang pangkaisipan, katatagan, at pagkakaisa ng komunidad ng NASA Elementary School.

DepEd SOCCSKSARGEN continues to monitor and support the implementation of learning continuity measures across all Schools Division Offices following the recent earthquake. As schools prepare for the resumption of classes, safety assessments, psychosocial support activities, and coordinated interventions remain in place to safeguard the well-being of learners and personnel.

1. Well-being First (Kumustahan & PFA)
Our absolute priority during the first few days is the socio-emotional well-being of our learners and teachers.
a. Begin with Kumustahan and Psychological
First Aid (PFA).
b. Conduct necessary orientations before
officially starting the instructional block.

2. Flexible Assessment Timeline
Do not rush or force the completion of
assessments such as the CRLA, RMA, and
Phil-IRI.
a. Per DO 9, the end of term window for
conducting these assessments extends until
July 10, 2026.
b. Take your time to ensure an accurate and
stress-free assessment process.

3. Safety and Preparedness
In light of recent events, we must remain vigilant. Please ensure that earthquake drills and safety protocols are strengthened and strictly practiced in your respective schools.

4. Contextualized Learning Plans
Because each Division faces unique circumstances, please coordinate closely with your respective SDOs for the specific details of your Learning and Service Continuity Plan.

Following a prompt and thorough structural inspection conducted in coordination with the City Engineer’s Office, NASA Elementary School officially announces the safety evaluation results finalized on June 11, 2026. This critical assessment was launched to ensure the structural integrity of the campus and protect the school community following recent seismic activity. Thanks to the swift response and technical expertise of the assessment teams, the majority of the campus facilities have been cleared, providing immediate peace of mind to students, parents, and personnel. The inspection yielded highly reassuring results for the core learning and administrative areas of the campus.

💚Official Green Stickers have been issued to all classrooms from Kindergarten up to Grade 6, ensuring that the primary instructional spaces are entirely safe for occupancy. Additionally, the SPTA office, the learning hub office, the ICT room, the Administration office, and the Principal’s office received the same green clearance, allowing regular school operations and administrative services to resume without delay.In contrast, a temporary safety precaution has been established for the school’s recreational space.

⚠️The school Gymnasium has been issued a Yellow Sticker, indicating that it is subject to further engineering inspection and detailed evaluation. To ensure the absolute safety of everyone on campus, access to the gym will be strictly limited pending a final reassessment by the technical authorities. Students and personnel are advised to keep clear of the restricted area until further notice.This successful evaluation was made possible through the robust collaboration of various dedicated groups and emergency responders.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our school utility and security personnel, and the City Engineer’s Office (CEO) for their rapid assistance and thorough inspection. This vital campus assessment was seamlessly carried out with the assistance of our active and dynamic principal, Ma'am Jessica T. Verallo, who personally guided the CEO inspectors throughout our school facilities. The safety and well-being of our learners and personnel remain our highest priority, and the school administration will continue to remain vigilant and observe all necessary safety measures as aftershocks may still occur.

Last June 5, 2026, NASA Elementary School successfully conducted its Parents' Orientation 2026 at the school gymnasium, bringing together parents, teachers, and stakeholders to strengthen our shared commitment to quality education and learner success.

The orientation provided important updates on school policies, programs, learner welfare, the Child Protection Policy, and the implementation of the Three-Term School Calendar for School Year 2026–2027. Parents were also allowed to raise concerns and share insights during the open forum.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all parents and stakeholders who attended and actively participated in this meaningful activity. Together, we continue to build a stronger partnership for the benefit of every child.

The spirit of Bayanihan continues to shine brightly at NASA Elementary School as we successfully completed Days 2 and 3 of Brigada Eskwela 2026. Through the collective efforts of our dedicated volunteers, various school improvement activities were accomplished, including classroom cleaning, painting, repairs, and beautification initiatives. Each act of service brings us one step closer to providing a safe, clean, and learner-friendly environment for the opening of classes.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our valued stakeholders, supportive parents, and the EDUKAR volunteers who generously shared their time, skills, resources, and unwavering commitment to our school. Your presence and active participation demonstrate the power of community partnership in strengthening education and ensuring that every learner has a conducive place to learn and grow.
