The Graduate Program in Education (GPE) of the Mindanao State University-General Santos College of Education is set to welcome its graduate students through a 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

The day will begin with the 𝗚𝗣𝗘 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟵:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟭:𝟯𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝘆𝗺𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺, featuring the election of GPE officers, presentation of the GPE agenda, introduction of faculty and staff, and discussions on academic policies, the College of Education research agenda, GPE programs, and retention and grading policies.

In the afternoon, from 𝟭:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠, the GPE will conduct a 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿-𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝘂𝘀-𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝗯𝗯𝘆. The sessions will cover the scholarly publication landscape, transforming thesis/dissertation into journal articles, strategies for publication, and the development of a personal publication action plan.

With the guidance of the GPE faculty and resource persons, the activities aim to equip graduate students with the knowledge, direction, and skills needed to navigate their academic, research, and publication journey.

The College of Education of Mindanao State University-General Santos proudly presents its esteemed officials for School Year 2026–2027, whose leadership and commitment continue to advance the College's mission of excellence in teacher education.

At the helm of the College are the College Dean and Assistant Dean, supported by the Training Department Directors for Junior High School and Senior High School. The undergraduate programs are likewise guided by dedicated Program Chairpersons for the Bachelor of Elementary Education, Bachelor of Secondary Education, and Bachelor of Physical Education, together with the Service PE Coordinator.

In advancing graduate education, the College is further strengthened by its Graduate Programs in Education Coordinators overseeing the Master of Arts in Education, Master of Science in Teaching, and Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management programs.

Together, these academic leaders and administrators work toward fostering quality instruction, strengthening academic programs, and supporting the continued growth and development of the College of Education.
