The program is open to all bona fide GPE students, regardless of year level, who are in good academic standing. Interested students may simply submit their Letter of Intent to apply.

The Graduate Program in Education (GPE) of the Mindanao State University-General Santos College of Education successfully conducted the𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿-𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝘂𝘀-𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, at the College of Education Lobby.

The seminar-workshop brought together graduate students, particularly thesis/dissertation writers, comprehensive examination takers, and first-year graduate students, for an afternoon focused on strengthening their research and academic publication skills.

The activity featured sessions on navigating the scholarly publication landscape, transforming thesis/dissertation into journal articles, and transforming research for publication, led by𝗝𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘀, 𝗠𝗦𝗣𝗘, and 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗡. 𝗢𝗯𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗮, PhD, faculty members of the College of Education.

Participants also engaged in the 𝗠𝘆 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽, providing them with an opportunity to develop concrete strategies toward advancing their research into publishable scholarly work.

Through this initiative, the GPE continues to strengthen a culture of research, scholarly publication, and academic excellence, empowering graduate students to bring their research to wider academic communities.

The Graduate Program in Education (GPE) of the Mindanao State University-General Santos College of Education successfully conducted its 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, at the University Gymnasium, welcoming graduate students for S.Y. 2026–2027.

The activity provided incoming and continuing graduate students with essential information about the GPE programs, academic policies, research agenda, retention policies, and grading system. It also featured the presentation of the GPE agenda by Jovar G. Pantao, PhD, PhD Program Coordinator, as well as the introduction of the GPE faculty members and staff.

The orientation served as an avenue to help graduate students better understand the expectations, opportunities, and academic pathways within the Graduate Program in Education as they begin another year of learning, research, and professional development.

With a shared commitment to academic excellence, the GPE continues to provide its students with meaningful guidance and support throughout their graduate education journey.
