The 754th NAVAL ROTCU (Aff) Stratford International School successfully conducted its 5th Formation, marking another meaningful step in the continuous development of our cadets. 🫡

This formation was highlighted by the continuation of Close Order Drill (COD), where cadets further strengthened their discipline, coordination, alertness, and ability to work as one unit. Every command, movement, and formation reflects their dedication to training and their commitment to becoming disciplined and responsible future leaders.

Alongside their physical and military training, our cadets also successfully completed their preliminary examinations, demonstrating that excellence is achieved not only through discipline and physical readiness but also through knowledge, preparation, and perseverance.

The 5th Formation is a testament to the hard work, determination, and teamwork of every cadet. Each challenge they overcome brings them one step closer to becoming confident, capable, and dedicated leaders.

The 754th NROTC (Aff) Stratford International School successfully conducted its 4th Formation, focusing on the fundamentals and proper ex*****on of Close Order Drill (COD).
During the activity, the Corps Commander and Vice Corps Commander delivered lectures and demonstrations on the importance of discipline, bearing, coordination, and precision in drill. Cadets were then given practical instruction and hands-on training, allowing them to apply the proper commands, movements, spacing, alignment, and formations.

Through this activity, cadets strengthened not only their ability to execute COD but also the values of discipline, teamwork, obedience, confidence, and leadership. Every movement and command serves as a reminder that excellence is built through practice, unity, and commitment.

The formation provided an opportunity for cadets to develop greater confidence and military bearing while learning to move and act as one cohesive unit.
