SC junks prohibition on plea bargain deals for drug cases MANILA - The Supreme Court (SC) has junked the prohibition on plea bargain deals for all drug cases. 

In celebration of Law Day and Philippine National Law Week, classes in all law schools shall be suspended on September 19, 2017, and law schools shall conduct appropriate substitute activities.
