After weeks of recovery and resilience following the earthquake, 𝐆𝐒𝐂𝐍𝐇𝐒 learners finally returned to campus for the first week of 𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐄-𝐓𝐎-𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐒.

From stepping into the campus again, reconnecting with classmates and teachers, adjusting to new routines, and getting back into the rhythm of classroom learning, the first week was filled with moments worth remembering. More than simply returning to school, it was a step toward learning, healing, and rebuilding together!

The first week may be over, but this is only the beginning! Let us carry forward the lessons we’ve learned, the memories we’ve made, and the spirit of resilience that brought us back. 1. The Filipino Voice-Over Contest is open to all Grade 11 sections of General Santos City National High School.
2. Each participating section shall submit one (1) official entry only.
3. The Grade 11 Federation shall provide an official muted video clip that will serve as the basis for the contest.
4. Participants must create an original Filipino dialogue that matches the movements, emotions, and timing of the characters in the video.
5. The dialogue may be humorous, dramatic, educational, or inspirational, provided that it is appropriate, respectful, and related to the objectives of Buwan ng Wika.
6. All voice recordings and editing must be done by the participating students.
7. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate the dialogue or voice-over is strictly prohibited.
8. Entries must not contain offensive language, plagiarized content, or copyrighted audio. Entries that violate these rules may be disqualified.
9. Completed entries must be submitted through the official Google Drive folder on or before the announced deadline.
10. After verification, all official entries will be posted on the Grade 11 Federation Official page.
11. Participants will be given twenty-four (24) hours from the time their entry is officially posted to gather reactions, comments, and shares on their entry.
12. After the 24-hour online engagement period, reactions, comments, and shares will no longer be counted. The entries will then proceed to the judging and evaluation stage.

1. The contest is open to 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝑮𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝟏𝟏 𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒐𝒔 𝑪𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒊𝒈𝒉 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍. Each participant may submit 𝒐𝒏𝒆 (𝟏) 𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝒅𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓, created by one or more students from their own section.
2. The poster must be related to the official 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝑩𝒖𝒘𝒂𝒏 𝒏𝒈 𝑾𝒊𝒌𝒂 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎𝒆 and should promote 𝑭𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒐 𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒖𝒂𝒈𝒆, 𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒚.
3. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate the poster, images, illustrations, or major design elements is strictly prohibited. Entries found to be AI-generated shall be disqualified.
4. The poster must be the 𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏. Copied, plagiarized, traced, closely imitated, or externally created works shall be disqualified.
5. Each participant shall submit 𝐨𝐧𝐞 (𝟏) 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 containing their digital poster and a 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞-𝐥𝐚𝐩𝐬𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 of their work process through the Google Drive link provided by the Grade 11 Federation Officers. Submissions must be made on or before the announced deadline.
6. All official entries shall be checked and posted simultaneously on the official page of 𝐆𝐒𝐍𝐂𝐍𝐇𝐒 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝟏𝟏 𝐅𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐎𝐧𝐬𝐞. Only reactions, comments, and public shares on the official posts shall be counted.
7. The social media engagement period shall last for 𝐭𝐰𝐨 (𝟐) 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 from the official posting of the entries. Engagements made after the announced cut-off time shall not be included in the final count.

9. The Board of Judges shall consist of the 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝟏𝟏 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. Failure to follow the contest mechanics may result in disqualification. The judges’ decision on the poster evaluation shall be final, subject to proper verification of the results.
