Today, we remember 𝐒𝐞𝐧. 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐨 “𝐍𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐲” 𝐀𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐉𝐫., a prominent Filipino statesman and opposition leader whose life and sacrifice became an important part of the Philippines’ history and democratic struggle. As we commemorate Ninoy Aquino Day, we reflect on his courage, his commitment to his country, and the enduring importance of patriotism and public service.

May we continue to learn from our history, remember those who shaped it, and carry forward the values of civic responsibility, freedom, and love for the nation.

𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐳𝐨𝐧, a dedicated 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐁𝐒𝐄𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬 student, on her election as the 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞. She proudly makes history as the first Social Studies student to be elected to this position, which mark a significant milestone for the Social Studies of RMMC!

As she takes on this new responsibility, may she lead with integrity, listen with empathy, and remain committed to serving the student community. To register for this year’s SSC and CSC Election, follow the directions accordingly:

Step 𝟏: Visit https://rmmcmainsso.com using your web browser. Once the page loads, click the three horizontal lines (≡), also known as the hamburger menu, located at the upper-right corner of the screen.

Step 𝟐: After opening the menu, select "Student Council Election" from the list of available options.

Step 𝟑: Review the Terms and Conditions carefully, then check the box to confirm that you have read and agree to the stated guidelines before proceeding.

Step 𝟒: Before signing in, register your required account information first.

Step 5: Enter your required account information by providing your Student Number and Last Name, ensuring that these details match your official student record. For students with two or more last names (e.g., Dela Cerna), make sure to include a space between the names.

For names containing ñ (enye), you may type the original character (ñ) or use n as an alternative (e.g., Peña or Pena). Provide a valid and active email address, create a password, and confirm your password by re- entering it.

Step 6: Once your registration has been submitted, your account will undergo verification and review by the Election Board. Please allow 1-2 hours for the review process to be completed.

Note: Once your account has been approved, you may log in using the email address and password that you provided during registration.

Before election day, a Miting De Avance will be held online on August 𝟏𝟕 (Monday at 𝟏 pm) to help voters choose their candidates wisely. Stay tuned!
