Cronasia Foundation College, Inc. celebrated its 9th Commencement Exercises and Moving-Up Ceremony on April 11, 2026, at the KCC Convention Center, carrying the theme “Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character.”
Batch Handuraw 2026 carries a name rooted in the Visayan word “handuraw,” which means to reflect or remember. For these graduates, it speaks of the moments that defined them as Cronasians. It is a quiet acknowledgment of struggles overcome, lessons learned, and bonds formed within the institution. More than looking back, it reflects how these experiences have shaped who they are becoming.

This sense of reflection is strengthened by the graduation song “Hall of Fame.” For the graduates, it represents more than recognition. It symbolizes a collective aspiration to leave a mark through their achievements, values, and character. As Cronasians, they carry with them not only academic accomplishments but also the discipline and integrity that define a legacy worth remembering.

The ceremony opened with the welcome of Dr. May Maeh V. Tobato, LPT setting a tone of pride and gratitude that carried throughout the program.

Voices of achievement followed as selected student leaders took the stage. Their words reflected shared experiences of perseverance, quiet sacrifices, and dreams that now feel within reach. Each message echoed not only personal success, but a collective story of a batch shaped by resilience.
Guest speaker Atty. Hendriquito T. Serbios Jr. reminded the graduates that direction matters as much as ambition. He emphasized that true potential is realized when one pursues what is genuinely desired, leaving the graduates with a message anchored in purpose.

The awarding of diplomas became more than a formal rite. It stood as a symbol of years of effort, discipline, and growth. Each step across the stage carried a story, each name called marked a chapter completed.

As the ceremony drew to a close, a community dance filled the space with energy and unity. It was both a celebration and a farewell, capturing the spirit of a batch ready to move forward.

At the Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage (OLPGV) Parish on April 10, 2026, graduating students of CFC Basic Education Class of 2026 gathered for their Baccalaureate Mass as part of their preparation for graduation. Led by Rev. Fr. Ramel S. Poquita, CP, the celebration centered on prayer and reflection, emphasizing faith, gratitude, and perseverance as students prepare for the next chapter of their journey.

Parents were recognized during the program for their unwavering support and sacrifices throughout the students’ academic years. Students expressed their appreciation through heartfelt letters and tokens, acknowledging the guidance and love that shaped their success. The ceremony concluded with a meaningful exchange of gratitude between students and parents, reflecting the shared effort behind every achievement and marking a significant milestone for Batch Handuraw.

Higit sa isang pag-alala, ito ay paanyaya sa atin na isabuhay ang kanilang ipinaglaban. Tapang sa gitna ng hirap, pagkakaisa sa oras ng pagsubok, at pagmamahal sa bayan.

Nananatiling buhay ang kanilang kabayanihan sa bawat Pilipinong pinipiling gawin ang tama.

𝘗𝘶𝘣𝘮𝘢𝘵| 𝘙𝘦𝘯 𝘙𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘢

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒|| 𝐂𝐅𝐂 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭’𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Students gathered at the CFC gymnasium on March 27 for the CFC Student’s Fest 2026, held under the theme “Uniting Students Through Engagement and Fun!”. The event allowed Cronasian students to present their talents and represent their respective colleges through various competitions.

The program opened with the Banner Raising Competition, where the College of Business and Information Technology (CBIT) won first place, followed by the College of Social Sciences and Humanities (CSSH) as first runner-up. The College of Education (COEd), Basic Education Department, and College of Criminal Justice (CCJ) placed next. The Basic Education Department also won the Cosplay Competition, while the College of Education secured first place in the Third World Dancesport Competition, followed by CSSH, Basic Education, and CBIT.

CBIT continued its performance by winning the Your Face Sounds Familiar Competition, with CSSH as first runner-up and COEd placing next. The Basic Education Department and CCJ tied for third runner-up. The Drag Race Competition, inspired by RuPaul’s Drag Race, featured participants presenting their outfits and performances, ending with a final lip sync battle among the top three contestants. The representative from CSSH was crowned CFC Drag Race Queen 2026, while CBIT and COEd placed first and second runners-up, respectively.

The event also included the Sigay Awards 2026, which recognized selected student leaders and performers from different colleges and organizations. Overall, the CFC Student’s Fest 2026 brought together students through participation in activities and recognition of their efforts.
