Prelim Examination season is officially here, and yes, the panic is real but the vibes are still intact. Whether you’re confidently clicking “𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙣𝙖 𝙖𝙠𝙤,” or lowkey relying on “𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙘𝙠 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙡𝙚𝙙𝙜𝙚 𝙧𝙖 𝙣𝙖”, this review check sees you.

Throughout the whole semester, we’ve been through challenging lessons, countless tasks, and pressuring deadlines, but now we’re here we are finally in the final battleground of this semester— 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙄𝙉𝘼𝙇𝙎.

Kadiwa, let’s remind ourselves that it’s perfectly normal to feel pressure and nervousness during this stage of our lives. What matters most is that we don’t let those feelings define us — 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙙𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 that truly speak for who we are. Now is the perfect time to face our fears with confidence by reviewing and reflecting on everything we’ve learned.

Each team played with enthusiasm, competitive spirit, and loud cheers of support — proving that teamwork truly makes the dream work! It wasn’t just about winning, but about discovering the deeper value of unity perseverance, and connection.

As we end this semester, may we carry the lessons we have shared and learned — connecting with others, sharing laughter, creating memories, and building lasting bonds. As this semester comes to a close, let’s look back on one of the most heartwarming highlights of our Kadiwa — the Outreach Program during Psychology Day 2025! ✨

Last September 12, 2025, the BS Psychology Department celebrated Psychology Day 2025 with the theme “Fueling the Future: Harnessing Growth, Resilience, Integrity, and Tenacity for Lifelong Success.” As part of this special celebration, our kadiwa's took their passion beyond the classroom through an outreach initiative focusing on anxiety and depression awareness.

The event was held at Passionist Sister School, Purok Upper Cahilsot, General Santos City, where our future psychologists shared their knowledge, experiences, and insights to promote a deeper understanding of mental health. Through this meaningful activity, everyone was reminded that psychology isn’t just about studying the mind, it’s about reaching out, connecting with others, and inspiring hope.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Kadiwa, Clinical Instructors, and volunteers who poured their time, effort, and compassion into making this event a success. Your service truly reflected the core values of empathy, compassion, and commitment that define us as Psychology students.
