Baluan National High School successfully conducted a Gender and Development (GAD) activity for both teaching and non-teaching personnel. The school extends its heartfelt gratitude to the resource speaker, Ms. Kristel Ciara Delos Santos, GAD Focal Person of Koronadal City, for generously sharing her expertise and valuable insights on GAD inclusivity for learners, empowering participants to promote a more inclusive, respectful, and supportive learning environment for all.

After GAD activity, a presentation of the performance review and accomplishment reports per department by the respective department heads, led and guided by our very own school principal, Sir Bonifacio Piezas Bon LoPiezas , highlighting the school’s collective efforts, achievements, and commitment to continuous improvement and accountable leadership.

On October 6, 2025, Peak Support Global Enterprises Inc., represented by Mr. Jimboy Paclibangan, generously extended their support to the students of Baluan National High School through a transformative feeding program from November to December 2025.
This initiative seeks to promote wellness and enhance nutrition among selected students, assisting them in achieving an optimal body mass index.
By addressing nutritional needs, the program not only cultivates healthier habits but also empowers students to excel both academically and physically, paving the way for a brighter future.

The Baluan National High School (NHS) successfully conducted an engaging MathSci School-based program themed "Harnessing the Unknown: Powering the Future through Math, Science, and Innovation." This dynamic program featured a variety of interactive games designed to spark interest in mathematics and science, including the Lemon Challenge, String-Ball Shots, Bouncing Balls in a Pail, Match the Pictures, Blow the Balls in a Cup, Cup Stacking, a Quiz Bee, and the Rubik's Cube Challenge. A standout highlight of the event was the MathSci Trail, which captivated all participants.

Additionally, students had the opportunity to explore the fascinating world of microorganisms through microscope viewing, observing various organisms up close. This hands-on experience enhanced their understanding of biological concepts and sparked curiosity about the microscopic world around them. The program saw enthusiastic participation from every student at Baluan NHS and commenced with a joyful celebration, showcasing the dedication and satisfaction of the math and science teachers involved.
