It is with deep sorrow that we mourn the passing of Mr. Kenneth Jay A. Romero, a 4th Year Bachelor of Science in International Culinary Management student.

Today, we honor the life and legacy of Senator Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino Jr., whose courage and sacrifice became a symbol of the Filipino people's fight for democracy and freedom.

As we commemorate 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘆 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗗𝗮𝘆, may his example inspire us to lead with integrity, stand for what is right, and serve our nation with purpose.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | Our 3rd Year BS International Culinary Management students explored Piaparan Bakas, a traditional Maranao dish, as part of their Halal Course. Through this hands-on activity, students learned how to properly prepare the dish while applying Halal food preparation practices, proper handling of ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques.

The activity provided students with a deeper appreciation of Halal cuisine and Mindanao’s rich culinary heritage, while developing their skills in preparing culturally significant dishes.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | Our 2nd Year Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management students explored Quick Breads during their Baking 1 session, preparing Scones, Blueberry Muffins, and Rich Fruit Bread. Through hands-on practice, they strengthened their baking techniques and developed their skills in quick bread preparation.

Please be informed that classes on August 22, 2026 (Saturday) for all ACBPP students will be conducted asynchronously (online) as the JIBIS faculty and staff will be participating in a Team Building Activity.

Students may also settle their payments and other transactions online for their convenience.
