Please take note of the following schedule for Oplan Balik Eskwela of Baluan National High School for SY 2024-2025!
Enrollment: July 3-26, 2024
Brigada Eskwela: July 22-26, 2024
School Orientation: July 15-19, 2024 (9:00-11:30 am)
Grade 7 and JHS transferees - July 15
Grade 8 - July 16
Grade 9 - July 17
Grade 10- July 18
SHS - July 19
Reminders:
1. Attendance at the orientation is a MUST. Follow your Grade Level schedule as much as possible.
2. BOTH parents and students of Grade 7, Grade 11, and transferees MUST attend the orientation.
3. For Grades 8,9,10, and 12, only the students shall attend the orientation.
4. Grades 7, 11, and transferees shall complete the enrolment form. Grades 8,9,10, and 12 shall fill out a confirmation slip.
5. Here are the documents to be submitted for Grades 7, 11, and transferees:
a. PSA Birth Certificate (LCR Birth Certificate will still be accepted but you are still required to submit the PSA-BC by October 31, 2024)
b. Report Card from the previous school
c. Completely filled enrolment form
