ππ: Ninoy Aquino Day and Office Operating Hours
Please be informed that Friday, August 21, 2026, is Ninoy Aquino Day, a special non-working holiday. There will be no office operations and no classes across all campuses.
Please also be guided by the resumption of the five-day work week and regular office operating hours, effective Monday, August 24, 2026:
Operating Days: Monday to Friday
Office Hours: 8:00 AMβ11:30 AM and 1:00 PMβ4:30 PM
Saturdays: University Mental Health Day,
with no regular office operations.
SPECIAL FINANCE OFFICE SCHEDULE
The Finance Office will be open on Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM to accommodate transactions related to:
- Graduate School 2nd Trimester Enrollment
- College Midterm Examinations
Concerned students are advised to take note of the schedules and make the necessary arrangements accordingly.

ππ: Advance Commemoration of the Feast of the Assumption
Please be informed that the University will be commemorating the Feast of the Assumption on Friday, August 14, 2026.
- No regular classes and office operations across all campuses.
- Previously scheduled activities may proceed as planned, subject to the approval and arrangements of the concerned offices or organizers.

On August 14, 2026, we will be celebrating the Feast of the Assumption at 9:00 AM at St. Michael the Archangel Church. The College of Arts and Sciences will sponsor the Mass. We require all CAS first-year and fourth-year students to be present. Bring offerings (in kind) and wear your uniform or the black Manta Rays T-shirt. If you do not have either, dress in your Sunday best. Be on time. Second and third year students are strongly encouraged to join the service online.
