The 𝙄𝙨𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙘 𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧 marks the beginning of the Islamic lunar calendar ✨; it is often observed through 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫, 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. 🕌 This starts on the 𝟭𝙨𝙩 𝙙𝙖𝙮 of Muharram, the first month of the Islamic year 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝟔𝟐𝟐 𝐂𝐄 📜, commemorating the Hijrah—the migration of the Prophet Muhammad with his followers from Mecca to Medina. 👣

𝙏𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮, 𝟭𝟲𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙛 𝙅𝙪𝙣𝙚 — we show our respect together with our Muslim brothers and sisters through 𝒓𝒆𝒇𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒂𝒔𝒕 and in 𝒌𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉. May this 𝗔𝗺𝘂𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗱 reminds us to slow down and help us to strengthen our connection with Allah. 🤲 Hoping that our hearts will be guided, protected and our paths will be filled with light throughout everything.

After the devastating M7.8 earthquake struck 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙤 last June 8, 2026, various areas were demolished by the ground’s wrath. 🛘 In partnership with 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙨 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡’s 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨’ 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝘾𝙡𝙪𝙗𝙨, and 𝙊𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 — we stand as one to extend a helping hand to our neighboring areas: 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞 and 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢. Every June 12, the Philippines proudly commemorates 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆, a celebration of the freedom, unity, and national identity that define us as a people. As we mark the 𝟭𝟮𝟴𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 of 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, we honor the courage and sacrifices of the heroes who fought for the liberty we enjoy today. Their legacy reminds us that freedom is more than a historic victory — it is a responsibility that must be protected valued and carried forward by every generation.

Beyond the triumphs of the past, true 𝗸𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗮𝗻 is reflected in the choices we make each day. It lives in our commitment to truth, integrity, and unity, and in our willingness to contribute to a better nation.
