To all qualified applicants who have successfully passed the Kolehiyo Admission Test (KAT), congratulations and welcome to the next step of your KHS journey!

Enrollment for Academic Year 2026–2027 will begin on 10:00 AM, July 27, 2026 at Sports Complex, Barangay Calumpang.

All qualified applicants are advised to carefully review and follow the official enrollment process to ensure a smooth, orderly, and efficient enrollment experience.

Please present the official confirmation message sent to you upon arrival. You may either print the message or present a screenshot on your mobile device.

Applicants are also reminded to bring the original copy and one (1) photocopy of each applicable documentary requirement, together with the required 2×2 ID pictures and long brown envelopes.

Please follow each enrollment station and the instructions of the assigned personnel throughout the process.

APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION IS NOW EXTENDED

Kolehiyo ng Heneral Santos (KHS) is pleased to announce the extension of its admission application period to provide more aspiring students with the opportunity to complete their application requirements.

The extension is open to:
* Senior High School graduates;
* Applicants with incomplete or pending requirements;
* Applicants with pending documents verification; and
* Applicants who were unable to take the admission examination on their scheduled date.

Applicants who previously visited KHS but were unable to complete their application are also encouraged to return for reassessment and assistance.

All KAT examinees are advised to take note of the following:

• Arrive at the examination venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time.

• Bring a printed copy of your official Test Permit and a valid school or government-issued ID.

• Check the date, time, room assignment, and other details indicated on your Test Permit.

• Bring the following examination materials:
1. Black ballpoint pen – to be used in filling out the required forms and personal information
2. No. 2 pencil – to be used for shading answers on the answer sheet
3. Eraser
4. Pencil sharpener

• Wear proper and decent attire.

• Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, notes, books, and other unauthorized materials are not allowed during the examination.

• Follow all instructions given by the proctor and observe silence inside the examination room.

• Do not open the test booklet until instructed.

• Cheating, copying, talking, or exchanging materials is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.

• Submit your test booklet and answer sheet before leaving the examination room.

Only applicants with an officially issued Test Permit will be allowed to take the Kolehiyo Admission Test.

Examinees are encouraged to rest well, eat properly, and come prepared.

Applicants may now access their official Test Permit through their KHS Online Admission Portal account or registered email address.

If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder.

Please carefully review all the information and test-day reminders indicated on your Test Permit. Applicants are required to print the Test Permit and present it to the assigned proctor, together with a valid identification card, on the day of the Kolehiyo Admission Test.

Kindly ensure that all details on your Test Permit are correct before printing.

The OFFICIAL Test Permits will be released beginning tommorow, July 18, 2026. Applicants are advised to wait for the official release and verify the information on their new Test Permit.

Accordingly, all Test Permits issued on July 16, 2026, are no longer valid and should not be used.

Furthermore, the Kolehiyo Admission Test (KAT), originally scheduled for July 18–19, 2026, has been rescheduled to Monday, July 20, 2026.
