Today, we commemorate Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr., a prominent figure in Philippine history whose courage, convictions, and dedication to democratic ideals left a lasting mark on the Filipino people.

🌾 𝗗𝗜𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪?
The municipality of 𝙎𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙉𝙞𝙣𝙤𝙮 𝘼𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙣𝙤, 𝙎𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙖𝙣 𝙆𝙪𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙩 was named in his honor. Known for its fertile lands and agricultural potential, the municipality continues to develop its agriculture sector through the production of high-value crops and initiatives promoting sustainable farming and agroforestry.

From the ideals that shape a nation to the communities that sustain it, the spirit of service continues to take root in many forms. May this day remind us that building a better Philippines is a shared responsibility. One that calls for courage, compassion, and a commitment to serving others.

May we continue to carry these values in the communities we serve and in the future that we help cultivate. 🌾

On August 13, 2026, the College of Agriculture Student Society (CASS) successfully conducted its Official First Semestral Planning, online via Google Meet.

The activity brought together the Executive, Legislative, and Ex-Officio members to discuss and finalize the organization’s plans and priorities for the first semester. Key agenda included the following:

Through collaborative discussions and shared commitment, CASS reaffirmed its dedication to creating meaningful programs and initiatives that will strengthen student leadership, promote active participation, and serve the best interests of the College of Agriculture community.

The 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗿𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 is officially here!

We’re calling on all creative thinkers and talented designers to cultivate our next iconic look in this academic year.

This contest is open to 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗮 𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 at Mindanao State University- General Santos City duly recognized by the College of Agriculture Students' Society and is not part of any administration and ex*****on of the contest.

The design of the college shirt must be intended for a round-neck type of shirt. 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻, 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲, and 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 colors must be incorporated. The design should embody the identity of the College.

Each participant may submit at least 𝗼𝗻𝗲 (𝟭) 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 design. Submissions must be sent to the provided Gform link below or via Gmail [email protected] the Councilor of the Committee on Ways and Means. The deadline of the contest will be on 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, at exactly 𝟭𝟭:𝟱𝟵 𝗣𝗠. Late submissions will not be accepted.

𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: The selected winning design should remain open for potential modifications and improvements, as it will serve as the official College Shirt for the academic year 2026-2027. This allows for fine-tuning and adjustments to ensure the final product meets the desired standards and expectations.
