A significant step forward for a smoke-free MSU GenSan.
As part of the international celebration of World No Tobaccoo Day, the College of Social Sciences and Humanities, together with other six (6) colleges in Mindanao State University, F*Nicotine, Positive Youth Development Network, and TobaccOFF Now! Community Patrollers, came together to participate in the drafting of the first-ever ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฝ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐๐ถ๐น๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฎ ๐ฆ๐บ๐ผ๐ธ๐ฒ-๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐๐ ๐๐๐น๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ง๐ต๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ด๐ต ๐๐ผ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ป๐๐๐ถ๐๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, a strategic framework that seeks to strengthen, institutionalize, and sustain to***co prevention initiatives within the university. More than a document, the roadmap represents our collective vision of transforming to***co control from isolated campaigns into a lasting campus culture grounded in health, responsibility, and student empowerment.
Alongside the roadmap, participating colleges also contributed to the development of a ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ผ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐๐ต ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ง๐ผ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ผ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, reaffirming our shared responsibility to safeguard students and young people from the harmful effects of to***co and emerging ni****ne products.

Movement across future generations of student leaders.
This initiative demonstrates that addressing to***co-related concerns is not the responsibility of a single organization, college, or office alone. It requires collective leadership, institutional commitment, and continuous collaboration among students, educators, administrators, and stakeholders.
Today, we are not merely drafting documents, we are laying the foundation for a healthier, safer, and more responsible university community.
Together, we move from awareness to action, from commitment to institutionalization, and from campaign to campus culture.

While these nominations bear the name of our organization, this moment does not belong to CASS alone. These achievements are the result of countless hours of hard work, innovative ideas, and selfless service from every individual who has become part of our journey. More importantly, this recognition belongs to the Reapers of the College of Agricultureโthe students, leaders, volunteers, faculty members, alumni, and supporters who continue to embody excellence, resilience, and service in every endeavor.
Every project implemented, every activity organized, every challenge overcome, and every success celebrated was made possible because of a community that believes in the power of agriculture, leadership, and collective action. Behind every nomination is a story of sacrifice, collaboration, and determination. It is the story of Reapers who chose to serve beyond expectations and create meaningful impact not only within the college but also in the communities we reach.

Jane Jimenez and Juliana Marie Weight, you carried more than just your names on that stageโyou carried the pride, strength, and spirit of the College of Agriculture with unwavering grace.
You represented a community rooted in hard work, resilience, and purpose. Just like the land you stand for, you showed us what it means to grow through challenges, to rise with patience, and to flourish with integrity. Every step you took reflected not only elegance and poise, but also the quiet strength of those who cultivate, nurture, and sustain.
You did not just competeโyou embodied what it means to represent something bigger than yourselves. You stood tall for every student, every dream, and every story within the College of Agriculture, carrying it with dignity and pride.
