Dear Fellow Jipoys and Jipays,

In the wake of the devastating 7.8 earthquake, we humbly appeal to the compassion and bayanihan spirit of our fellow Jipoys and Jipays through the 𝐆𝐅𝐈 𝐀𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧𝐢 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞.

Many members of our GFI family have been directly affected by this tragedy. Some of our fellow Jipoys and Jipays have suffered damage to their homes, displacement, and disruptions to their daily lives. As one family, we cannot turn a blind eye to the needs of our own.

During these difficult times, every act of kindness brings hope. No amount is too small—"₱𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐦𝐨, 𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐚." Together, our collective generosity can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.

In light of the recent earthquake and its impact on our school facilities, the enrollment period has been extended to give students and parents more time to safely complete all necessary requirements and the official opening of classes has been rescheduled to June 22, 2026. 📚

While we continue to assess and address the current situation, learning will temporarily shift to modular and/or online learning modalities. Specific details regarding schedules, platforms, and other further instructions will be released by the administration in the coming days.

We encourage everyone to make use of the extended enrollment timeline and to stay informed through our official communication channels for accurate and timely updates.

The Gensantos Foundation College - Supreme Student Council, in coordination with the Office of Student Affairs, is taking the initiative to help our fellow Jipoys and Jipays who were affected by the recent 7.8 magnitude earthquake. We are humbly asking for your support through monetary or in-kind donations to assist students and families in need.

Monetary donations may be sent via GCash: Christopher Munar

The funds collected will be used for the purchase of:
• Food packs and essential supplies
• Medical necessities
• Other urgent relief needs

In-kind donations may include:
• Bottled drinking water
• Rice
• Instant noodles
• Canned goods
• Biscuits and other ready-to-eat food
• Hygiene kits
• Blankets, pillows, and bedding
• Clean clothes

All in-kind donations may be dropped off in front of the GFI Gate from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on June 12-13, 2026.
