HTC Junior High School Program

𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 | 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐃𝐈𝐂 𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

The HTC Junior High School Program will conduct its First Periodic Examination from August 24–27, 2026, through a face-to-face setup at the Macario-Catalina Hall (SHS Building). A Special Examination will be conducted on August 28, 2026.

Please be guided by the following schedule:
AUGUST 24–25, 2026
• Grade 7: 7:30 AM–11:35 AM
• Grade 8: 12:30 PM–4:35 PM
AUGUST 26–27, 2026
• Grade 9: 7:30 AM–11:35 AM
• Grade 10: 12:30 PM–4:35 PM

The grade level not scheduled to take an examination on a particular day shall continue to conduct its online classes as scheduled.

Students are advised to coordinate with their respective class advisers regarding their assigned examination room.

𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 | 𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃 𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐂𝐇 𝐎𝐅 𝐃𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

The HTC Junior High School Program, in collaboration with the HTC Social Orientation and Community Involvement (SOCI) Office, is conducting a donation drive for the flood-affected communities in Glan and Malapatan.

The department extends its heartfelt gratitude to the parents, students, and members of the HTC community who have generously shared their blessings and extended assistance to those affected by the recent flooding.

The donation drive remains open, and the department continues to accept the following items:
• Clean used clothing
• Rice
• Canned goods
• Hygiene kits

Donations may be dropped off at Room C26, HTC Main Building, until August 8, 2026.

The HTC Junior High School Program will conduct the Special Examination for the First Mastery Test on July 31, 2026, through the designated online platforms.

Students who are eligible to take the special examination are advised to coordinate with their respective class advisers and subject teachers for further instructions. Only students with valid reasons for missing the regular examination will be permitted to take the special examination. The examination schedule will be strictly observed.

Students who will not take the special examination are expected to accomplish their assigned asynchronous learning activities in their other subject areas.
