Please be informed that classes in all levels and office transactions at Holy Trinity College of General Santos City will be SUSPENDED starting at 1:00 PM on Monday, September 28, 2026.

This is in observance of "Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day" pursuant to Proclamation No. 326, which encourages Filipino families to celebrate and strengthen family togetherness through a common meal.

Regular classes and office operations will resume on September 29, 2026.

‼️1ST SEM 1ST TERM Final EXAMINATION SCHEDULE ‼️

📢PLEASE SETTLE YOUR ACCOUNTS AHEAD OF TIME. (College Department)

IMPORTANT REMINDERS TO ALL COLLEGE STUDENTS:

1. EXAMINATION PERMIT: Students will be allowed at the online permit tracker once they settled their account. A service invoice will be issued upon payment at the Finance Office.

2. For banks and remittance center payments, send a proof of payment to our Messenger, HTCGENSAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT, for verification and recording. A service invoice will be sent back to you for confirmation and acknowledgement of your payment. Original copy of S.I. will be available at the Finance Office.

3. PROMISSORY NOTE (PN) must be done at least two (2)days before the examination day. Finance will no longer accommodate request for promissory note after the allotted time especially on the day of examination.
