Datal Salvan Elementary School successfully conducted a Parents' Orientation on Learning Reform Policies, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) reminders, and Learning Continuity Plans.

We are grateful to all parents and guardians who participated and showed their commitment to supporting their children's education, well-being, and safety. Through this orientation, we strengthened our partnership in ensuring that every learner continues to thrive despite challenges and emergencies.

Datal Salvan Elementary School teachers participated in a Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) session aimed at promoting emotional well-being, resilience, and self-care. In the midst of challenges, we are reminded that caring for the hearts and minds of our educators is just as important as rebuilding our community.

BASAHIN | Alternative Learning Modality ang ipatutupad sa pagbabalik-eskwela. Layunin nitong matiyak na hindi mahihinto ang pag-aaral ng mga bata habang isinasaalang-alang ang kapakanan ng mga estudyante, magulang, at g**o.

Sa ilalim ng Executive Order No. 38, Series of 2026, inalis na ng Local Government Unit ng General Santos City ang suspensyon ng mga klase sa lahat ng antas—pampubliko man o pribado—simula Hunyo 18, 2026.

Ang mga school heads ang magpapasya kung anong learning modality ang pinakaangkop at pinakaligtas para sa kanilang paaralan—modular, online, blended, o iba pang naaangkop na pamamaraan—alinsunod sa mga umiiral na alituntunin ng DepEd.

Bukod dito, ang unang tatlong (3) araw ng klase ay ilalaan sa Psychosocial First Aid (PFA) at iba pang recovery activities upang matulungan ang mga mag-aaral at kawani na unti-unting makabangon mula sa epekto ng lindol.

Mangyaring sundin ang mga opisyal na abiso mula sa inyong paaralan hinggil sa ipatutupad na learning modality.

With grateful hearts, we extend our sincere appreciation to the City Health Office and the World Health Organization (WHO) for visiting Datal Salvan Elementary School and providing Stress Debriefing sessions for our teachers, as well as Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) activities for the 154 families of Datal Salvan Community affected by the earthquake.

Your presence, care, and support have brought comfort, healing, and hope during this challenging time. Beyond addressing physical needs, you have helped strengthen the emotional and mental well-being of our teachers, learners, and families as they continue to recover from this disaster.

Thank you for reminding our community that we are not alone in this journey of healing and recovery. Your kindness and compassion have made a lasting impact on the lives of many.

A total of 210 white bags of relief food packs, filled with love and compassion, were distributed to our learners from Kindergarten to Grade 12 at Datal Salvan. Seeing these white bags received with joy and thankful hearts reminds us that kindness truly makes a difference.
