OUR OUTREACH PROGRAM WITH LOVE
An outreach program in partnership with Ateneo de Davao University and Kumot Gensan Riders for people at Daan Suyan, Malapatan who were also affected by the earthquake.
Daan Suyan, a far flung area, sits at an estimated elevation of 287.3 meters (942.6 feet) above sea level. It is surrounded by lush, rugged landscapes and mountain ranges near neighboring peaks like Mount Latian.Daan Suyan is primarily home to Indigenous Peoples, particularly the Blaan community. The culture here is deeply tied to traditional ancestral lands.
This outreach is much more than just distributing essential goods; it is our heartbeat and our way of sharing God’s love with communities in far-flung areas. By reaching out to these remote regions, we aim to deliver not just physical relief, but a message of hope, ensuring that no matter how isolated a community may feel, they know they are never forgotten by God."
We had our sharing of gifts , message from the Gospel and pray for them inside the UCCP Daan Suyan Church which was also affected,
Children had games to help them cope and they were given also their gifts.
Everything was possible because of God' s love.
