The Junior Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (JPICE) invites 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝘽𝙎 𝘾𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙡 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙀𝘼𝙏 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 to participate in an upcoming Academic Session designed to strengthen your understanding of key engineering subjects.

This session is for students who want to strengthen their foundations or deepen their understanding —this is your chance to review fundamental concepts, practice problem-solving, and gain confidence with guided support from fellow students and JPICE officers.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT

As the PICE Regional Student Summit 2026 concluded last February 6, 2026, we, the PICE – Ramon Magsaysay Memorial College Student Chapter, together with our moderator, would like to sincerely acknowledge the concerns and feedback shared with us regarding our role as the host school.

With humility, we accept full accountability for the lapses and shortcomings in our planning and ex*****on that affected the overall experience of the event. The Summit was meant to celebrate unity, camaraderie, and collaboration among civil engineering students across Region XII, and we deeply regret that we were not able to fully deliver the experience that everyone deserved.

We offer our heartfelt apologies to all participating schools, delegates, advisers, and partners for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. Please know that every concern raised is heard and taken seriously. Your trust means a great deal to us, and we deeply regret any instance where we may have let you down.

Moving forward, we are committed to learning from this experience. We are conducting a thorough review of our processes, strengthening coordination among our officers and committees, and improving communication and planning to ensure that future events are more organized, inclusive, and meaningful for everyone. We view this not only as a responsibility, but as an opportunity to grow as leaders and as an organization.
