STAY SAFE. STAY ALERT. | HAZE SAFETY REMINDER

As haze affects the air around us, itโ€™s important to take precautions to protect our health and well-being.

Here are some reminders from the First Aiders Club โ€“ NDDU:
โ€ข Wear an N95, KN95, or equivalent mask when going outdoors.
โ€ข Stay indoors and limit unnecessary outdoor exposure.
โ€ข Keep doors and windows closed when haze levels are high.
โ€ข Drive with extra caution due to reduced visibility.
โ€ข Watch out for symptoms such as difficulty breathing, persistent coughing, wheezing, chest discomfort, unusual fatigue, and severe eye irritation.

If you experience concerning symptoms, move to cleaner air and seek medical attention when necessary.

Stay informed, stay cautious, and most importantlyโ€”stay safe, First Aiders!

SEPTEMBER 1 | SU***DE PREVENTION MONTH

This Su***de Prevention Month, letโ€™s remind one another that no one has to face their struggles alone.

Sometimes, the most meaningful support begins with simply reaching out, listening without judgment, and being there for someone who may be struggling.

Letโ€™s create a community where people feel safe to speak, seek help, and know that their lives matter.

Reach out. Listen. Seek help. You are not alone.
