STI College - General Santos HR and Guidance Office personnel, together with the SSG Officers, attended the seminar โ€œUnderstanding the Gen Z Workforce: Mental Health, Motivation, and Building Productive Teamsโ€ organized by the General Santos City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. last May 26 at Greenleaf Hotel ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿƒ

The seminar provided valuable insights on navigating the evolving workplace through a deeper understanding of Gen Z, workplace mental health, employee motivation, and strategies for building more engaged and productive teams.

The session was led by guest speaker Dr. Kevin Patrick P. Veneracion, MD, MBA, General Adult Psychiatrist, who shared practical and relevant perspectives on todayโ€™s workforce and organizational well-being ๐Ÿ’ก

Through opportunities like this, STI College - General Santos continues to strengthen its commitment to student leadership, mental wellness awareness, and future-ready development.
