STI College - General Santos HR and Guidance Office personnel, together with the SSG Officers, attended the seminar โUnderstanding the Gen Z Workforce: Mental Health, Motivation, and Building Productive Teamsโ organized by the General Santos City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. last May 26 at Greenleaf Hotel ๐ง ๐
The seminar provided valuable insights on navigating the evolving workplace through a deeper understanding of Gen Z, workplace mental health, employee motivation, and strategies for building more engaged and productive teams.
The session was led by guest speaker Dr. Kevin Patrick P. Veneracion, MD, MBA, General Adult Psychiatrist, who shared practical and relevant perspectives on todayโs workforce and organizational well-being ๐ก
Through opportunities like this, STI College - General Santos continues to strengthen its commitment to student leadership, mental wellness awareness, and future-ready development.
