Please ignore any calls or text messages pretending to be from me asking for money. The TES application is completely free. We will process your application based on the Certificates of Enrollment we have in our school system. Be cautious of scammers.

For any fraudulent or suspicious activity, you may report it to the Commission and its Regional Offices or the UniFAST Secretariat and its Regional Coordinators so they can respond appropriately.

It has come to my attention that several unofficial accounts on Facebook are misrepresenting and giving out false information about the scholarships and financial assistance offered by CHED and UniFAST.

These fake accounts bear the name and logo of CHED and are promoting application and registration links for CHED scholarships and UniFAST financial assistance.

On behalf of the Commission, I wish to set the record straight. The application period for scholarship and financial assistance grants offered by CHED per CMO 8, 2019, occurs annually from March 1 to May 31. These grants follow a prioritization scheme to quality and the availability of new slots is contingent on our availability funds.

The official handle names of the Commission on Higher Education are PhCHED.gov (on Facebook), (on X), and ched.gov.ph (website). Meanwhile, the UniFAST’s official accounts are (on Facebook), unifastgovph (on X), and unifast.gov.ph (website).

For any fraudulent or suspicious activity, you may report it to the Commission and its Regional Offices or the UniFAST Secretariat and its Regional Coordinators so we can respond appropriately.

All CFCI College Students are requested to register/update their records for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Application.
