Growing Together: ELM ECCD First Parents’ Conference & PTA Election

Education and Learning Mentorship, Inc. (ELM, Inc.) – ECCD Department successfully conducted its First Individual Parents’ Conference and PTA Election, marking another meaningful milestone in strengthening the partnership between home and school. 🤝💙

The activity provided an opportunity for parents and teachers to come together, openly discuss each child’s development, behavior, attitude, progress, and areas for improvement, and work hand-in-hand toward supporting every child’s growth during their first two months at ELM.

More than a conference, this was a reminder that a child’s development is a shared responsibility.When parents and educators work together, children are given a stronger foundation to learn, grow, and thrive. 🌱✨

The activity was also graced by ELM, Inc. Board of Trustees member, Mr. Sahani Ansa , who emphasized the vital role of parents in a child’s development and in the success of an educational institution. He highlighted that parents play a significant 50% role in shaping their child’s development, while active parental participation also contributes greatly to the success of the institution.

Indeed, when parents participate, teachers collaborate, and the institution listens, children flourish.❤️

The Bachelor of Science in Office Administration student trainees from Pacific Southbay College, Inc. have officially begun their On-the-Job Training (OJT) at ELM, Inc.

During their first week, the trainees participated in a series of assessments designed to evaluate their skills and prepare them for their workplace responsibilities. They also underwent an interview with the Executive Director of ELM, Inc.,Mr. Al-yman Mocsin , followed by a comprehensive orientation on office ethics, professional conduct, and organizational policies facilitated by the Program Head of ELM, Inc., Mr. Kominie Ansa, LPT.

To provide meaningful hands-on experience, the trainees were entrusted with various administrative responsibilities, including preparing meeting minutes, handling office documentation, and performing other essential office tasks. These practical experiences are helping them strengthen their professional competence while developing the confidence and work ethic needed to thrive in a real-world office environment.

As part of our Nutrition Month Celebration, Education and Learning Mentorship, Inc. extended its Feeding Program beyond our preschool learners to reach children in the community. Through this simple act of sharing, we hope to nourish not only young bodies but also hearts, reminding everyone that good nutrition is a shared responsibility.

Together, we continue to live the spirit of this year's theme, "Murang Nutrisyon, Matatag na Pamayanan: Sama-sama Tungo sa Malusog na Pagbangon."

Nutrition Month Celebration 2026!🥗💚

Today, July 24, 2026, the preschool community of Education and Learning Mentorship, Inc. came together to celebrate Nutrition Month and Feeding Program with the theme:

"Murang Nutrisyon, Matatag na Pamayanan: Sama-sama Tungo sa Malusog na Pagbangon."

The celebration started with our amazing parents preparing nutritious and budget-friendly meals, highlighting the value of healthy eating and family participation. In the afternoon, our preschool learners delighted everyone with their colorful and creative Costume Presentation, confidently showcasing their beautiful and creative costume and spreading joy throughout the event.

This meaningful celebration reminds us that building healthy habits begins at home and is strengthened through the support of our school and community. Thank you to our dedicated parents, teachers, and learners for making this event a memorable success.

Together, we continue to inspire healthier children, stronger families, and a brighter future for all. 🌱✨
