On 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 10, 2026, the 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵-𝗟𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 focused on strengthening youth engagement in education governance. Youth participants and local stakeholders gained deeper insights into how 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝘆-𝗘𝗱 supports decision-making and response systems in the education sector.

On 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 11, 2026, the session featured a Briefing on 𝘌𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘊𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘭 𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘺-𝘎𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵, alongside presentations from 𝗚-𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 on its monitoring tools and approaches.

The experience underscored the vital role of active engagement in advancing 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘂 (𝗧𝗣𝗔) toward more inclusive and responsive education governance.

From 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 to 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐓𝐎𝐏-𝐒𝐈𝐋𝐎𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 was launched 𝒔𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚! ✊🏻✨

Yesterday, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 27, 2026, the students of 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐬 from the organization of 𝐑𝐌𝐌𝐂 𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏2 CN28028, formed by the students from the Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration chose 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 to be the recipient of this project. Through the 𝐓𝐎𝐏-𝐒𝐈𝐋𝐎𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭, a 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 was proudly built for the Baluanian students, creating not just a space for comfort, but a symbol of 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆, 𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚, and 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆.

This achievement highlights the strong 𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 of 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐬 and 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 with the help of 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥.

Last March 21, 2026, a new chapter was written as the first-ever 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭-𝐖𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬' 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 of the 𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐁𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐍 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 successfully took place at the 𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐆𝐲𝐦𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦.

This remarkable event gathered the 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐆 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 from 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, 𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, and 𝐁𝐮𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, together with active members of various 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 uniting young leaders with one shared 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥, to 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝 with 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 and 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 with 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧.

On February 13, 2026, we celebrated Valentine's Day with a day filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Our students came together to express their feelings, showcase their talents, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

The celebration featured a Confession Wall where hearts were bared and feelings shared, heartfelt Spoken Poetry performances, soulful OPM Cebuano Love Songs, and the exciting "Pass Me Your Love" volleyball game with a HUGE twist. The energy was electric with amazing intermission numbers from our talented Dance Club and a performance by Jasmin Zurita that had everyone cheering!
