RMMC-MI proudly hosted the JMAP SOCKSARGEN Strategic Planning 2026 on August 8, 2026, bringing together student leaders across the region for a meaningful day of strategic planning, collaboration, and leadership development.

With the theme, “Empowering Future HR Leaders through Strategic Vision, Collaborative Leadership, and Excellence in People Management”, the activity provided an avenue for JPMAP student leaders to develop strategic initiatives and strengthen their commitment to advancing the field of Human Resource Management.

As a host institution, RMMC-MI is honored to support programs that provide students with opportunities to lead, collaborate, innovate and grow as future HR practitioners. Through this initiative, RMMC-MI continues to empower the next generation of HR leaders.

Ang wika ay higit pa sa mga salitang ating binibigkas—ito ay salamin ng ating kasaysayan, tahanan ng ating mga kuwento, at tulay na nag-uugnay sa bawat Pilipino.

Beyond the cries and haunting stares, the Tiyanaks of CBAA left behind moments worth remembering. Every pose captured a story, every smile revealed a little mischief, and every step reflected the confidence of managers ready to take on another year.

What began as a mythical transformation became a celebration of creativity, camaraderie, and the people who make CBAA what it is. On August 10, 2026, the CBAA Crescent became a realm where folklore came alive and memories were made.

As we close this chapter of the Opening Salvo, may the spirit of these Tiyanaks remind us to face the year ahead with courage, energy, and a little bit of magic.

As the managers stepped into the realm of mythical creatures, they traded their usual roles for an unforgettable transformation that captured the spirit of this year’s Opening Salvo.

With every look, pose, and stride, our managers brought the Tiyanak to life—mysterious yet captivating, playful yet fierce. Their creativity and energy turned the Crescent into a place where folklore met ambition, proving that every manager has a mythical side waiting to be unleashed.

A new academic year begins, and the legends have already made their mark. 🖤👹✨
