📌 Opening of Class via Microsoft Teams

📌 July 20, 2026

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Greetings!

In view of the recent earthquake and the continuing occurrence of aftershocks, and after carefully considering the safety ang well-being of our students, faculty, and staff, classes will officially open on July 20, 2026 through Microsoft Teams.

This temporary online learning arrangement is being implemented as a precautionary measure while we continue to monitor the situation. Face-to-face classes will resume as soon as the aftershocks have significantly lessened and the possibility of another major earthquake is deemed minimal by the appropriate authorities. The school will promptly notify all parents once it is safe to return to campus.

We sincerely ask for your understanding, cooperation, and support as we prioritize the safety of our school community.

To ensure that your child is ready for the first day of classes, we invite parents and guardians to a Parents' Orientation on July 11, 2026, 9:30 A.M at the Music Room in the SHS Building.

We appreciate your continued trust, patience, and partnership as we work together to provide uninterrupted learning while safeguarding the health and safety of our students.

📌 Improved Enrollment Process for Continuing Students

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As part of our continuing effort to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary paperwork, General Santos Hope Christian School has streamlined the enrollment process for continuing students.

📌 Information you will be asked to update
• Home Address
• Contact numbers and email addresses
• Number of Siblings
• Names of newly enrolled or newly added siblings

📌 Importance of Parents Signatures
• To ensure the accuracy of student records and to safeguard the rights and responsibilities of both parents, the Enrollment Form must be Signed by both Parents whenever applicable.

• The Signatures serve as confirmation that both parents have reviewed and agreed the information submitted and have acknowledged the school's policies, rules, and financial obligations.

• For signature verification and record validation, parents are likewise request to submit a photocopy of a valid government-issued ID bearing their signature.
