The 𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 will be held on 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲) 𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐆𝐌 𝟐𝟎𝟕 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐆𝐌 𝟏𝟎𝟖. Please arrive at 8:00 AM. The assembly area will be in front of FGM 108.
After visiting the Registrar’s Office to claim your code, please proceed to the SSO (EMM 204) to verify your assigned batch number and designated room.

Please be guided by the following:

• 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 – The Student Services Office (SSO) will assign students to their respective batches for both the written and oral examinations.
• 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 – Wearing of the official school uniform is strictly required throughout the examination period.
• 𝐉𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 – All forms of jewelry and accessories (rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc.) are not allowed during the examinations.
• 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 – The use of cell phones and any electronic devices is strictly prohibited. All devices must be turned off and surrendered before the examination begins.

As there are still students who have not claimed their Application Form for Graduation due to personal reasons and On-the-Job Training commitments affecting their availability to visit the Registrar’s Office, 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐧𝐞 (𝟏) 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝—𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏𝟑 𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔—𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦. Please strictly adhere to the given schedule to avoid delays on the Records Office’s end. Kindly follow the instructions below:

2. Do your make-up ahead of time.
3. Bring your payment and pay to the Lights and Lenses staff.
4. The Sinablay will be provided by the school.
5. Strictly follow your schedule.
6. Maintain silence to ensure that senior high school classes are not disrupted.
