If you or someone around you experiences symptoms of heat exhaustion or heatstroke, seek immediate assistance. Heat-related illnesses can escalate quickly, so it's important to get medical help promptly.

Additionally, maintaining a balanced and nutritious diet is essential in hot weather. Opt for light and refreshing meals that include a variety of fruits and vegetables to replenish essential nutrients and keep your energy levels up.

Lastly, don't forget to wear a hat or cap when venturing outdoors. This simple yet effective measure provides shade and protects your head and face from direct sunlight.

Maintaining cleanliness in our school environment is crucial for creating a conducive learning space. We, as Marvelous Grade 9 students, it is our responsibility to ensure that our school remains clean and free from litter. By keeping our own trash in the right places, we can contribute to the overall cleanliness of our school and create a positive environment for everyone.

Each and everyone of us inside the campus have our own obligations. One of them, is maintaining a cleaner, neater, and healthier environment. So, as a student, we can contribute by simply throwing our 'basura' to the respective garbage bags found inside the campus — and don't forget to segregate!

But, wait! What if we can't find any garbage bags near us? Well, there is only one thing to do. Get your trash, and put it inside your pockets, or even your bags! By simply doing these, we can make a huge impact on making our school a clean, and green environment. Let us continue being environment-friendly students, and continue doing the context of the saying:

"Basura Mo, Sagot Mo!"

Here's the official tally of the scores of ten competitors who participated in the Festival Dance Culmination which took place on the day of March-13-2024, that consisting of nine competitors from Grade 9-MAINSTREAM and another competitor who came from Special Program In Arts. Please keep in mind that whatever the result of your dances in the Festival Dance was analyzed and thought carefully by our judges.

We are glad that you did not disappoint our expectations, because each of you showed that you are deserving to bring home the title of Championship. 🏆

Our warmest congratulations to the top 3 competitors who were selected consisting of SPA, Grade 9-MANLUNAS and Grade 9-BANTILAN. As for the seven competitors who were not lucky enough to be in the top 3, still congratulations because you did everything you could to win the said competition and always remember that it was already a great opportunity for those of you who passed the Elimination Round and were included in the Culmination Round.Just getting through the Elimination Round is a big win and honor for yourselves and for your section. 🙌

During the Grade 9 career orientation earlier, the students were filled with anticipation and curiosity as they contemplated what they might become in the future. Excitement filled the air as they embarked on a journey of self-discovery, exploring various career paths and envisioning themselves in different roles.

We were fortunate to engage in a thought-provoking discussion about our future. Numerous topics were addressed, including the uniqueness of various academic strands, insights from TVL students on their experiences and academic pursuits, and the importance of making wise choices for a brighter future. We also emphasized the significance of preparing our mental and emotional well-being as we embark on new academic chapters, meet diverse individuals, and encounter various subjects. The value of cherishing our journey, understanding our passions, and developing our skills were also highlighted.

A heartfelt gratitude to Sir Mark Baliguat and Mam Rose Ann Senobago for sharing their valuable insights and wisdom with us. Your dedication and commitment have undoubtedly guided us toward a greater path. To all the Grade 9 afternoon session students who actively participated, we express our appreciation and hope that you have gained significant knowledge from this enriching experience. Yesterday, as the Marvelous Grade 9 Mass Dancers danced with grace, and class; as they formed the curriculum's number— the number 9 as the sign of bringing the pride of the whole curriculum; the sky also showed its color : blue — to show its full support to our very own mass dancers. 💎

Everyone's passion, and enthusiasm were evident in every move, and it was truly inspiring to witness the level of talent and skill displayed by the Grade 9 mass dancers. Your synchronized steps, graceful movements, and vibrant energy captivated the audience and left us in awe. Your unwavering determination and the countless hours of practice you put in behind the scenes did not go unnoticed. Your commitment to perfecting every step and ensuring a flawless performance truly paid off. 💪

We would also like to extend a special appreciation to our very own Sir Noel Angelo Macaway.
