February 25, 1986 marked the EDSA Revolution, when millions of Filipinos peacefully united to restore democracy. Today, as we commemorate its 40th anniversary, we remember and honor their bravery by reflecting on the power of unity, courage, and peaceful action. Through this, we reaffirm our commitment to uphold the democratic values they fought for.
Let us never forget that democracy is built by the courage of the people and protected by their vigilance.
