United in patriotism and national pride, 𝙐𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙧 𝙏𝙖𝙢𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙧 𝙄 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙀𝙡𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 (𝙐𝙏𝘾𝙀𝙎) joined the nationwide Simultaneous Flag Raising Ceremony in observance of the 10𝙩𝙝 𝘼𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 2016 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙖 𝙎𝙚𝙖 𝘼𝙧𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙. Teaching and administrative personnel gathered for the onsite ceremony as a symbol of solidarity with the nation's commitment to uphold sovereignty, peace, and the rule of law.

The observance underscored the importance of nurturing informed and responsible citizens who value truth, justice, and respect for international law. Upper Tambler I Central Elementary School successfully conducted the Revisitation of the Earthquake Quick Response Mechanism and Family Reunification Plan for its teachers and staff, reaffirming the school's commitment to disaster preparedness and the safety of every member of the school community.

The activity was conducted by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐀. 𝐇𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲, 𝐏𝐃𝐎 𝐈 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐃𝐑𝐑𝐌 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 who facilitated the discussion and revisited the essential earthquake response protocols, emergency procedures, and family reunification guidelines. Through this session, teachers and staff strengthened their knowledge and preparedness to respond effectively during emergencies.

At UTCES, preparedness is everyone's responsibility. Together, we continue to build a safer, more resilient, and disaster-ready school community.
