"𝑺𝒖𝒔, 𝒂𝒌𝒐 𝒏𝒈𝒂 𝒆..."

How many men have swallowed those words — and smiled anyway?

Strong. Resilient. Protective. Enduring. Unshaken. Selfless.

They carry what no one sees. They hold what no one asks about. They break quietly — so no one else has to.

But behind every man who says “𝙊𝙠𝙖𝙮 𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙠𝙤” lies a person who is tired, hurting, and has been strong for far too long.

𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡 is finally saying “𝙃𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞 𝙖𝙠𝙤 𝙤𝙠𝙖𝙮.”
𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 is giving yourself permission to heal.
𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 is reaching out before it’s too late.
And 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 is knowing you deserve to be heard, too.

This Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, we see you — not just the version that holds everything together, but also the version that is exhausted, overwhelmed, and quietly falling apart.

You are not weak for feeling. You are not less of a man for crying. You are not a burden for asking for help.

Because strength was never about hiding your pain — it has always been about having the courage to face it.

In light of the recent 7.8-magnitude earthquake, many families have been displaced and numerous establishments have been damaged. Among the hardest-hit areas is 𝑮𝒍𝒂𝒏, 𝑺𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊.

With this, we humbly knock on your kind hearts and ask for any support you can extend. As Filipinos, may we come together in this time of calamity and share whatever blessings we have with those who need them most.

No contribution is ever too small. Every peso, every donation, and every act of kindness can help provide food, clean water, and other essential needs to affected families. Together, we can bring hope and relief to our fellow Filipinos during these difficult times.

The officers of the Peer Facilitators’ Society actively participated in Sandigan 2026, held on June 4, 2026, at the GSDMSFI AVR.

This leadership training aimed to strengthen the foundations of effective leadership by developing essential organizational and interpersonal skills. Through engaging discussions, interactive activities, and collaborative learning experiences, the officers gained valuable insights and practical strategies to enhance teamwork, communication, accountability, and responsible decision-making.

As future student leaders, these competencies serve as important tools in fulfilling their commitment to lead with integrity, purpose, and excellence.

Through Sandigan 2026, the Peer Facilitators’ Society continues its mission of nurturing empowered leaders who inspire others, foster meaningful connections, and create a positive and lasting impact within the school community. 💛✨
