Today, we had the privilege of learning from Atty. Glenn Mar P. Acas, CPA through our FREE SEMINAR on Taxes and Regulatory Fees in Real Property Transactions.

This seminar was initiated by Atty. Kathrina Vanessa Yusay Hagoriles, REB, with the goal of helping real estate salespersons and anyone interested in real property transactions gain a better understanding of taxes, regulatory fees, and other important matters related to real estate.

A MILESTONE WORTH CELEBRATING!

On September 20, 2026, AKBRI Academy Inc. celebrated the much-awaited Graduation Ceremony of our Real Estate Services NC II trainees at the Zek Convention Center.

The celebration was graced by our School Administrator, Atty. Kathrina Vanessa Yusay Hagoriles, REB, together with TESDA Provincial TESD Specialist Ms. Joylen Catilo-Suarez Labanon, our Guest Speaker Atty. Jen Ross Rabia, LPT, our Trainer Ms. Jannelle Vicente Simpo, LPT, and School Registrar Ms. Syanie Snc.

We proudly acknowledge all our trainees who came from different municipalities and cities, including Kidapawan City and Cotabato City, for their dedication and perseverance in completing their training. A special acknowledgment also goes to our trainees who were fortunate to be part of the TESDA Scholarship Program.

A huge thank you to TESDA for continuing to provide opportunities for skills development and a brighter future for our trainees.

The celebration became even more memorable as our graduates showcased their talents, while some were recognized with special awards and souvenirs from AKBRI Academy Inc.

To our graduates, congratulations! Your hard work, sacrifices, and determination have brought you to this milestone. May this achievement be the beginning of a successful journey in the real estate industry.
