𝑶𝑴𝑨𝑵𝑺𝑺 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑰𝒕𝒔 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 𝑬𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒚 𝑴𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝟏𝒔𝒕 𝑺𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓🧙🗓

The Organization of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Students held its 1st Emergency Meeting for the first semester of the Academic Year 2026-2027 through an online conference via Google Meet. Members went over and approved the meeting agenda, followed by a project proposal presented by the Administrative Affairs Committee. The body also discussed two resolutions — one on the changing of bank signatories, and another on budget allocation for upcoming activities such as the turnover, Do-Day, pre-semestral planning, and the 1st semestral planning. The meeting also made room for other matters and announcements before formally adjourning.

Despite being conducted virtually, the meeting was carried out with the same level of order and cooperation that OMANSS upholds, giving members and officers the chance to take part in meaningful discussion and decision-making regardless of distance.

The meeting took quorum at 6:00 PM and was formally adjourned at 6:55 PM.
