Maaaring i-donate:
School Bags
Notebooks at Writing Pad
Lapis, Ballpen, Crayons o Coloring Materials
Ruler, Eraser, Sharpener, Scissors
Basic Hygiene Kit (Soap, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Face Towel)

๐DEPED GENSAN MENTAL HEALTH KALINGA ๐
โEarthquakes don't just shake the ground beneath usโthey can also shake our peace of mind. It is completely normal to feel anxious, overwhelmed, or frightened after experiencing an earthquake.
โRemember, taking care of your mental well-being is just as important as ensuring your physical safety. Kalinga starts with oneself.
โHere are 8 Individual Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Tips to help you navigate through these challenging times:
โ1๏ธโฃ Acknowledge Your Emotions โ Understand that fear, anxiety, and shock are natural responses to a crisis. Be kind to yourself.
2๏ธโฃ Practice Deep Breathing โ Ground yourself by breathing in slowly through your nose and out through your mouth to calm your nervous system.
3๏ธโฃ Maintain a Routine โ As much as safely possible, stick to healthy meals, stay hydrated, and get adequate rest.
4๏ธโฃ Connect with Loved Ones โ Talk to your family, friends, or trusted people. Sharing your feelings provides comfort and strength.
5๏ธโฃ Limit Negative Media Exposure โ Take necessary breaks from social media and news. Stay informed through official updates, but avoid sensationalism and rumors.
6๏ธโฃ Engage in Physical Activity โ Try gentle stretching, walking, or light exercises to help relieve built-up physical tension.
Focus on What You Can Control โ Concentrate on your immediate safety measures, preparing your disaster kits, and following official guidance rather than worrying about the unpredictable.
8๏ธโฃ Seek Professional Help โ If distress, flashbacks, or sleeplessness persist, do not hesitate to reach out to our guidance counselors, mental health professionals, or dedicated hotlines. Help is always available.
โLet us look out for one another, DepEd GenSan family. You are not alone in this journey toward healing and resilience.

๐ผ๐-๐๐๐ | โColor-Taggingโ
โข Del Pilar building
โข Lopez Jaena building
โข Palma building
โข Training Center
โข Ponce building
โข Rizal building
โข Kwang Myung Gymnasium
