The Grade 12 Home Economics students put their culinary skills into practice as they conducted their Sauces Practicum and Evaluation, showcasing their knowledge, creativity, and proper techniques in preparing their chosen sauces.
As part of the activity, students presented their outputs for evaluation before a teacher of their choice, who served as their panelist. The activity provided the learners with an opportunity to demonstrate not only their technical skills but also their confidence in presenting and explaining their work.
Adding a meaningful touch to the activity, the evaluation also served as a simple celebration of Teachers’ Month. By inviting their chosen teachers to be part of the panel, students were able to recognize the teachers who have supported, guided, and inspired them throughout their learning journey. 💐
