A leader is someone who listens to every student’s voice, sets a good example, takes responsibility
for their actions, accepts criticism, and is willing to serve.

I am KRISTIAN MAVERICK PEÑAS from BS-InfoTech 3A, running for the position of President of the Computer Science and Technology Guild. If given the chance to lead, I will make sure that your voices and ideas are heard. I will work hard to fulfill my responsibilities and make decisions that consider the needs of our students. I have the experience, willingness, and commitment to take on this role. More than just being your president, I want to be someone you can approach, trust, and work with.

I will lead not only by giving instructions, but also by listening, helping, taking action, and setting
a good example. I will not promise perfection, but I can promise dedication, honesty, and consistent
effort. I will do my best to turn your concerns into actions and your ideas into opportunities.

I understand that a gap can sometimes form between officers and members because of misunderstandings, different personalities, or personal conflicts. However, these differences should not stop us from working together. As President, I want to help create an environment where respect comes before personal differences, where officers and members work together
professionally, and where no one feels excluded because of their position or relationship with
others.

I am not running just to hold a position. I am running because I want to serve, help improve our
organization, and be a leader you can depend on. Your vote is not only a choice—it is your trust.
If you give me the opportunity to lead, I will work hard to prove that your trust was worth it.

MY PLATFORMS:
1. Respect and Boundaries
Promote respectful communication between officers and students. Encourage everyone to respect
personal space, time, opinions, and responsibilities. Set clear boundaries during meetings,
activities, and group conversations. Provide a safe and proper way for students to raise concerns
or report misunderstandings or conflicts. Make sure that differences in status, personality, or
opinions will not lead to unfair treatment or exclusion.
2. CSTG Sports Participation and Wellness
Prioritize the health, safety, and overall wellness of every CSTG player by providing free and
accessible drinking water during practices, games, tryouts, and school-related sports activities.
Encourage players to stay hydrated, especially during physically demanding activities and events
held in hot weather if possible.
3. Open Communication and Student Support
Create a simple feedback system where students can share suggestions, concerns, and ideas.
Provide regular updates about CSTG activities, announcements, and plans. Make sure that
concerns are acknowledged and properly communicated to the officers. Encourage student
participation in projects and activities.

I am JOHN JOSEPH S. MAGNO from BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY 3A, running for the position of AUDITOR in the Computer
Science and Technology Guild. I am running not just for the position, but rather with the goal of
building a stronger CSTG—an organization where officers and members do not feel separated,
where everyone is valued, and where we work together as one community.

As a candidate for Auditor, I want to bring responsibility, accuracy, and accountability
into the work entrusted to me. I believe that a strong organization is not only measured by its
achievements, but also by how responsibly it handles its processes, records, and resources. Every
detail matters, and every responsibility should be handled with honesty and care.

I may not be able to make everything perfect, but I am willing to learn, check, improve,
and take responsibility for the work entrusted to me. For me, being an Auditor is not simply
about checking numbers—it is about building trust through accountability and serving the
organization with integrity.

I believe accountability is not only about checking records—it is also about looking after
the people behind them. Every project involves students who give their time, effort, and
commitment. I want to promote a culture where we check not only if the work is done, but also if
the people doing it are doing okay. The work matters, but the people behind the work matter just
as much.

Details Can Change Everything. I want to bring careful review and attention to detail into
every record and process I handle. I worked as a Quality Control where I need to be careful about
the detals and small errors can lead to bigger problems, which is why I believe in taking the time
to check, verify, and keep things properly documented. My goal is simple: clear records, proper
processes, and fewer things left unchecked.
Check twice. Keep it right.
• FOLLOW THE PURPOSE
I believe every allocation should have a clear purpose and connection to its approved
project. I want to help ensure that resources are properly reviewed, documented, and aligned with
what they were intended for. For me, accountability means being able to look at every allocation
and understand where it goes, why it goes there, and whether it serves its purpose.

Good day, everyone!

My name is JFERSON D. AGAPOR, a student from BS Information Technology 3A, and I am
honored to introduce myself as a candidate for the position of Sgt. at Arms in the Computer
Science and Technology Guild.

I am running for this position not simply because I want a title, but because I want to become part
of building a stronger, more united, and more organized CSTG. I believe that an organization
becomes successful when its officers and members work together, respect one another, and feel
that they are all part of one community.

As a candidate for Sgt. at Arms, I want to help maintain peace, order, discipline, and unity
within our organization. I believe this position is not only about enforcing rules, but also about
being responsible, fair, respectful, approachable, and ready to serve. I will do my best to help
keep our meetings, events, and activities organized, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

I also believe that a good Sgt. at Arms should lead with respect, patience, and fairness. Rules are
important because they guide us and help create a better organization, but they should always be
applied properly and equally. I am willing to listen, work with our officers and members, and help
solve concerns calmly while promoting discipline, cooperation, and unity in CSTG.

MY PLATFORM
As your candidate for Sgt. at Arms, I want to contribute platforms that focus on SAFETY,
UNITY, AND OPEN COMMUNICATION FOR ALL.
SAFETY AND SECURITY.
I want to help create a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. During events and
activities, I will do my best to help maintain order, prevent unnecessary conflicts, and assist
whenever a situation needs attention.
UNITY AND RESPECT.
I want to help build a CSTG where officers and members do not feel separated. Every member
should feel that they belong and that their presence matters. I will encourage respect,
cooperation, and teamwork because a strong organization is built by people who support one
another.
And lastly, OPEN COMMUNICATION. I believe that problems can be solved better when
people are willing to listen and communicate. I want to be approachable and willing to hear the
concerns and suggestions of our members so that we can improve our organization together.
