Being a student leader was one of my dreams ever since I was a kid. There is something in my heart that feels like fulfillment every time I do something good for others, not trying to be a people-pleaser, but because I can help them in the best way I can. I started young when I became a leader of the Girl Scouts during my elementary journey, and I didn’t know that was the start. As I grew up and became aware of what is happening in my environment—the corruption that is happening everywhere is something I cannot bear to witness, which is why I really wanted a change.
One of the characteristics I have as a student is that I am not afraid to speak for my fellow students, to understand where they are coming from, and to be with them in this fight. I firmly believe that being a leader is not just about the position, but about having the passion to serve the students for a better change. Now that CSTG has a strong bond among CSIT students, we can make an impact in the ECC community.

𝐌𝐘 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐒:
𝗖𝗦𝗧𝗚 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿
As a former classroom treasurer, I created a Google Sheets tracker that allowed my classmates and me to monitor our class funds and expenses throughout the school year. It helped build trust and kept everyone informed.

Now that I am running for CSTG 𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗘𝗥, I plan to bring this system to our organization — providing real-time updates on our funds, expenses, and budget allocations. Ang pera ng mga estudyante ay mahalaga, parang sa buwis lang na binabayad natin bilang mamamayan ng bansang Pilipinas. Mahalaga na malaman nila kung saan napupunta ang kanilang pera.
This will promote transparency, accountability, and trust within our organization.

𝗖𝗦𝗧𝗚 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘀
A reward system to help first-year members join and grow in the organization. Every time they join an activity, they earn CSTG Credits — points they can collect and use to join special tech talks, coding workshops, and other learning activities.

𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀: 𝗖𝗦𝗜𝗧 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘀
This encourages first-years to stay active, makes them feel appreciated, and gives them a fun way to build their IT skills while becoming more involved in the organization.

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀: 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝘆, 2𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗼 3𝗿𝗱 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿
Mga batak sa coding na puwedeng magbigay ng advice or puwedeng magturo ng basic knowledge sa coding. Ako as an ate nila, willing ako na tulungan sila sa mga bagay na hirap silang intindihin dahil alam ko rin ang hirap bilang maging first year.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗯 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
One problem CSIT students face is not having a good facility to practice our skills. As Treasurer, I will make sure part of the CSTG funds will be used to improve our computer lab so we can have a better place to learn, practice, and grow our skills.
Hindi siya madali pero kung sisimulan natin sa paunti-unti, makakausad tayo at magkakaroon ng mas maayos na pasilidad para sa ating minamahal na teknolohista.
