Archangel Barachiel Center for Development (ABCD) is situated at Barangay Inocencio Salud, General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite. Established in May 1997, it occupies an area of 524 square meters plus 120 square meters that serves as the play area and activity site in sprawling hilly terrain. Fruit and ornamental trees as well as a rose garden abound which contribute greatly to the aesthetics of the sch

The school has (3) classrooms, one for pre-school consisting of Nursery and Kindergarten classes in the morning session and the Preparatory class in the afternoon session, the second room for the Grade One class in the morning and Grade Two class in the afternoon, and another room for Grade Three class in the morning and Grade Four class in the afternoon. All classrooms have a dimension of 8 by 7 or a floor area of 52 square meters and 1,35 gross area per place per pupil in a class of 30, Another classroom is being constructed to acconodate the influx of pupils belonging to the fifth and sixth grade levels for this coming year. The school building is stable and safe from the natural calamities. It also has a adequate water supply, lighting, ventilation and liberal air circulation. Every space is utilized to the maximum and properly manage the increase of the enrolment. The classrooms are properly laid out on the grounds to achieve a most advantageous display. The classrooms facing the front gate area at least ten (10) meters from the said gate. Extensive care was taken to ensure that the gate is both functional and decorative. The administrative space consists of the school administrator's office, working area for the office staff supply, store room, teachers living quarters, toilets and bath. The different components of the administrative area are laid out proper operational relationship with each other. Arrangement and placement of office furniture and equipment such as tables, chairs, cabinets, shelves, bulletin boards and computer units are carefully and systematically planned to achieved maximum efficiency. Apart from the classrooms and administrative space, the school has a library cm Computer Room and an open Stage. The Library has a wide collection of reference and trade books for pupil's use. Opportunities for computer literacy are provided thru two (2) complete computer packages. The play area is considered as a vital learning environment for educational growth. It includes an open grass area for group games and other group activities, paced area for simple activities requiring marching and equipment area where the types of playground apparatuses are provide for developing or improving muscular coordination. Pupil's have easy access to play apparatuses such as slide, swing and monkey bars.
