On June 09, 2026, FDCES warmly welcomed the Schools Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) Monitoring Team for a comprehensive operational readiness and compliance evaluation.

Led by Dr. Mary Ann M. Batino (Public Schools District Supervisor of GMA District), alongside SGOD Personnel Richelle P. Del Rosario and Camille Ortilla, the team thoroughly inspected our learning facilities, safety protocols, instructional resources, and student support systems.

Under the active and strategic leadership of our School Principal, Leny R. Aguila, the entire FDCES faculty and staff proudly demonstrated our comprehensive compliance with division standards and highlighted the strategic integration of Project FDCES (Foundations for Development, Collaboration, and Educational Support). This holistic approach directly strengthens reading comprehension and numeracy proficiency among our beloved elementary pupils.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the SGOD Monitoring Team for their invaluable feedback, professional mentorship, and continuous encouragement.

Upang masagot ang inyong mga karaniwang katanungan, basahin ang mga sumusunod:

1. Anong oras po ang enrollment?
👉 Sagot: Bukas po ang ating enrollment mula 8:00 AM hanggang 4:00 PM.

2. Meron po bang school supplies list na ibibigay?
👉 Sagot: Pagkatapos ma-enroll ng bata, maaari niyo pong itanong ang listahan ng mga kakailanganing gamit sa kani-kanilang adviser o assigned teacher.

3. Kailangan po ba ay kasama ang bata sa pag-eenroll?
👉 Sagot: Opo, kailangang kasama ang bata. Ito ay dahil kukunin ang kanilang Body Mass Index (BMI) o ang height at weight sa Step 3, at dadaan din sa assessment ang mga mag-aaral ng Kinder at Grade 1.

4. Kailangan po ba dala ang original copy ng birth certificate?
👉 Sagot: Opo, dalhin ang original para sa verification, ngunit ang photocopy lamang ang kukunin at ipapasa sa paaralan.

5. Kung nakapag-early registration noon pang February, pupunta pa rin po ba sa enrollment?
👉 Sagot: Opo, kailangan pa ring pumunta upang makumpleto ang proseso, makuha ang BMI, at malaman ang opisyal na seksyon ng bata.

Mga minamahal naming magulang at tagapangalaga, para sa isang maayos at mabilis na pagpapatala ng inyong mga anak, narito ang ating gabay para sa Enrollment Procedure, mahahalagang Polisiya ng Paaralan, at mga madalas itanong (FAQs).

APAT NA HAKBANG SA PAG-ENROLL (Enrollment Steps)
Sundan ang mga sumusunod na hakbang pagdating sa paaralan:

STEP 1: Checking of Credentials

Ipa-check ang mga dalang dokumento o credentials.

Kumuha ng Enrollment Form o Confirmation Slip.

STEP 2: Screening & Assessment

Para sa Kinder at Grade 1: Sasailalim ang bata sa Reading & Numeracy Assessment.

Para sa Grade 2 hanggang Grade 6: Laktawan na ito at dumiretso na agad sa Step 3.

STEP 3: Measurement of BMI

Magpakuha ng Body Mass Index (BMI) kung saan susukatin ang height (taas) at weight (timbang) ng bata.

STEP 4: Final Assessment & Sectioning

Ipa-assess ang natapos na Enrollment Form at mga kaukulang credentials.

Alamin ang opisyal na schedule at section ng inyong anak.

Alinsunod sa kautusan ng DepEd, hindi obligasyon ang pagsusuot ng kumpletong school uniform. Gayunpaman, kung pipiliin ninyong mag-uniform ang inyong anak, maaari ninyong gawing basehan ang mga prescribed uniforms na makikita sa larawan (Kinder, Girls Grades 1-6, Boys Grades 1-3, at Boys Grades 4-6).

💰 ZERO COLLECTION POLICY (DO 31 s. 2012)
Ang Francisco De Castro Elementary School ay mahigpit na nagpapatupad ng walang anumang babayaran o sisingilin sa panahon ng enrollment. Ang pagpapatala ay ganap na LIBRE.
