📣 ATTENTION EARISTIANS: BACK TO SCHOOL & DRESS CODE GUIDELINES

Welcome back, EARIST Cavite! As we gear up for the back of classes to face to face on August 24, the Institute Student Government (ISG) reminds everyone to strictly observe our institutional dress code and identification policies to ensure a safe and orderly campus environment.

📌 WEEKLY UNIFORM SCHEDULE

Mondays to Wednesdays: All students are strongly required to wear the Institutional Uniform.

Male: Institutional Polo, Cream White Pants, and Black Shoes.

Female: Institutional Blouse, Maroon Pants, and Black Shoes (flats or heels).

Thursdays: Institutional Shirt paired with slacks/pants. (If unavailable, wear the Institutional Uniform).

Saturdays (Wash Day): College or organizational shirts with slacks/pants.

PE Uniform Policy: PE uniforms must be worn strictly during scheduled PE classes only and students must change back to their regular uniform afterward.

👕 SPECIAL ADVISORY: 1ST YEAR & TRANSFEREES (1-MONTH TRANSITION)

Allowed Attire: A clean, PLAIN WHITE SHIRT is allowed as temporary campus attire for one (1) month.

Transition Period: Starting September, all first-year students and transferees must wear the prescribed EARIST institute uniform.

Prohibited: T-shirts with large prints, complex designs, or non-white colors are strictly prohibited.

👟 FOOTWEAR GUIDELINES

Allowed: Plain black shoes (heels or flats allowed for females). On Saturdays (Wash Day), closed-toe shoes like sneakers or rubber shoes are permitted.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Sandals, open-toe footwear, flip-flops, or slides are NOT allowed on any day.

🚫 PROHIBITED ATTIRE (DO NOT WEAR)

Revealing, crop tops, backless tops, low-cut/plunging necklines, halter tops, sheer/see-through blouses, and spaghetti straps.

Shorts, skirts shorter than 2 inches above the knee, high slits, leggings, and tattered/ripped jeans.

🆔 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS & IDENTIFICATION

2nd Year to 4th Year Students: Must wear their official EARIST school ID at all times.

1st Year & Transferees: Must present their Certificate of Registration (COR) (downloadable via the EARIST portal) at the entrance.
