𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐔𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐄𝐑𝐒!

The Third Year BS Psychology students conducted a seminar entitled "Empowering Future Workers: Practical Seminar on Labor Rights, Workplace Readiness, and Legal Protection" on May 14, 2026 at the ECC Quadrangle. The seminar was held to guide students as they prepare for their future careers, helping them gain awareness on labor rights, workplace expectations, and legal protection in a simple and meaningful way.

The main goal of the seminar is to empower the students to know their rights once they start working, so they will not only be workers but also be informed and protected individuals in the workplace. It reminds everyone that in every job they take, awareness and knowledge of their rights matter.

The event featured Atty. Richard Condeno, who discussed important topics about labor law. He talked about workers' rights, employer responsibilities, and common issues in the workplace, sharing real-life examples that made the discussion easier to understand and relate to. His talk helped students realize that the law is not just theory, but something they can use and rely on in real situations.

Students actively participated during the seminar by asking questions and sharing thoughts, especially. The open discussion made the learning experience more engaging and insightful for everyone present. The seminar became a meaningful reminder that future workers should be ready, not only in skills but also in knowledge of their rights. It leaves a message that when you step into the working world, be informed, be aware, and stand firm, because knowing your rights is part of being truly prepared.
This seminar is part of the Labor Law course, serving as a practical extension of classroom learning, where theory meets real-world protection and every right is brought into light.

‎The students of BS Psychology 3 - A joyfully participated in this year's acquaintance party, where each of us dressed and expressed ourselves in the essence of a white Christmas. We shared laughter, smiles, participated in games, and shared the light that shines in our hearts. We danced the night away, had fun with friends, met new people and established new connections. With this event, the essence of joy is spread not only throughout the MahuPsych students, but for the rest of the EARISTIAN student body as well.

𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗔 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗞𝗨𝗛𝗔𝗡 𝗦𝗔 𝗣𝗦𝗬𝗖𝗛, 𝗠𝗔𝗛𝗨𝗣𝗦𝗬𝗖𝗛!

Hands up to all of you! Looking back at our Feliz-Navidad Psychology Year-End Celebration last December 11, 2025, We're reminded of how moments can turn into memories we'll carry for years. From parlor games filled with laughter and playful noise, to Christmas Carols where every voice had a choice, to show heart, to show effort, to simply belong, each moment felt warm, each second felt strong. Bright eyes and hopeful hearts joined to further give love especially through the donation drive during the party that aims to reach deserving children, in hopes of wishing them a merry Christmas as well. On the joyous morning of December 11, 2025, the MahuPsych students gathered to celebrate, have fun, mingle, and share the warmth and value of christmas. With the theme of Paskong Pinoy, the students of BS Psychology 3 - A showcased their appreciation of Filipino tradition by participating and spreading smiles through clothing, laughter, games, and good vibes. To the organizers, the performers, and everyone who showed up with care, you turned a simple gathering into something rare.

‎And congratulations to our representatives for winning first place in the Christmas Carol competition! This proves that we never fail to show our competitiveness despite us enjoying ourselves. Your drive for excellence in the middle of fun is an inspiration and a reason for admiration that brings joy and motivation to our colleagues.
