We often compromised our mental health. Especially to us students who are most likely prone on having mental illness. That's why we need to encourage having no mental health awareness. There are many advantages to educating yourself and other people about the various facets of mental health. It helps you stay focused on your own issues. Additionally, it strengthens the support for friends, coworkers, and family members who might be dealing with their own mental illness. Many individuals are unsure about how to discuss it. Their capacity to communicate and open up increases with awareness. Understanding mental health issues will help you better comprehend your own symptoms.πŸ’œ

I've so often struggled to speak my mind. Even teeny tiny things, I worry they might upset somebody or I might cause trouble. I used to be someone who always avoided conflict with others at all costs. Needless to say, I was passive by nature, and I shied away from standing up for my beliefs and disregarding my mental health. But now I've learned how important it is to express your thoughts, feelings and emotions because it helps to improve your mental health. Doing this builds fulfilling communications. Openly sharing my thoughts and feelings goes a long way toward building relationships.πŸ’œ

When your mental health is compromised, so is your productivity! Pain and darkness seem to have swallowed you whole. But there's always more to life, and you deserve to see the bright side of it.
