Note: There will be NO changes for the Band Uniform.

📢 Attention: Good day, Fatimanians!🙂

We would like to announce that the enrollment for the incoming Grade 7 students, old students, and transferees will start on July 3, 2023 (Monday) onwards. You may come to school from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Please bring your complete requirements:

👉For incoming Grade 7 students:

1. Report Card
2. Live Birth Certificate / PSA (photocopy)
3. Baptismal Certificate
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
5. 2 copies of 2 x 2 ID picture
6. Must have passed the entrance exam, interview, and reading.

👉For transferees:

1. Report Card
2. Live Birth Certificate / PSA (photocopy)
3. Baptismal certificate
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
5. 2 copies of 2 x 2 ID picture
6. Must have passed the entrance exam, interview, and reading.
7. ESC Certificate (if transferee from a private school)

[UPDATED] We are pleased to announce the list of incoming Grade 7 students who have successfully passed the entrance examination and interview for the SY 2023-2024. Congratulations! 👏

Entrance exam, interview, and pre-registration are still ongoing at Our Lady of Fatima Academy, and we can't wait to welcome you to our school family!

Here are the requirements you need to prepare:

✅ Examination fee (Php 100.00)
✅ Ballpen, pencil, and eraser
✅ Pre-registration payment (Php 500.00 - nonrefundable). [This payment secures your slot in the incoming grade 7 class and is nonrefundable. It will be deducted from your total school fees upon enrollment.]

Interested students can come to school for the entrance exam, interview, and pre-registration on any day of the week (except Sundays) between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our friendly and accommodating staff will be there to assist you throughout the process.
