📋 General Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or Secondary Education (relevant to the position).
License: LET (Licensure Examination for Teachers) passer is preferred.
Character: A strong commitment to Christian values and a passion for holistic child development.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, classroom management abilities, and a "spark" for creative teaching.
