Gratitude Beyond Borders 🌏⚜️
The VTVHS Outfit 274 extends its deepest gratitude for the invaluable opportunity given to our multi-skilled Senior Scouts — Lance Mathew Tagud, Zella Eriel Cagulada, Chloe JB Raotraot, Vivienne Fae Bagotsay, and Prince Floyyde Añosa — who proudly represented our school and community at the 33rd Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Jamboree, held after 16 long years at Camp Kainomayan, Botolan, Zambales, Philippines.
Nearly two weeks were filled with adventure, learning, camaraderie, talent-showcasing, friendly competition, and, above all, the building of lifelong friendships and connections with fellow Scouts from across the Asia-Pacific Region. It was truly an experience beyond borders and beyond expectations.
With utmost pride and respect, we express our sincerest thanks to Dr. Marychel Garcia-Laguitao, School Principal of VTVHS, for granting permission and extending unwavering support that made this journey possible. We are equally grateful to Sir Cerlito Romero, Valencia District Acting Schools District Supervisor, for his steadfast encouragement, trust, and full support to the Scouting program and to our learners’ holistic development.
Our heartfelt appreciation goes to the Local Government Unit of Valencia, led by Municipal Mayor Engr. Dionisio Neil Balite, JD, PhD, together with all its members, for the undying support through financial assistance and transportation—from the Pre-Jamboree Training in Sierra Bullones, to Panglao International Airport, and for ensuring the safe return of our Scouts to their respective homes.
To the VTVHS Faculty, Staff, and Learners, your generosity, cooperation, and collective efforts reflect the true spirit of Scouting. Words may not fully capture our gratitude, but your support proves that VTVHS is a community that lives by the values of service, unity, and helpfulness—always ready to extend a hand, no matter how big or small the need.
Our deepest thanks to our ever-dedicated and 24/7 BSP Coordinator, Sir Jeric Llubit, for the tireless guidance, patience, motivation, and commitment in pushing our Scouts to reach their fullest potential. This milestone and unforgettable experience would not have been possible without your leadership and heart for Scouting.
To all individuals, partners, benefactors, parents, alumni, friends, and supporters who may not be mentioned by name but have contributed greatly in any way—your kindness, generosity, prayers, and behind-the-scenes efforts are sincerely acknowledged and deeply appreciated. Your support played a vital role in making this journey meaningful and successful.
Above all, we give glory and thanksgiving to the Almighty Father, for His endless blessings, guidance, protection, and for keeping everyone safe throughout the entire journey and stay at the campsite.
Indeed, this milestone is not only a celebration of participation, but a testament to unity, shared responsibility, and the enduring spirit of Scouting that binds us all.
Once a Scout, always a Scout. ⚜️
