TESDA scholars are now actively practicing soldering techniques as part of their hands-on technical training. This practical exercise allows them to develop essential skills in joining electronic components safely and accurately, which is crucial in fields such as electronics, electrical installation, and equipment maintenance. Through guided practice, scholars learn proper soldering procedures, correct use of tools, safety precautions, and quality control standards. This hands-on approach not only strengthens their technical competence but also prepares them for real-world industry applications, ensuring they are job-ready and capable of meeting workplace demands.
